Fantastic location only 6 houses up from beach Room were lovely and clean everything you need in there , Joe & jo lovely people Breakfast was massive really enjoyed our breakfast box coming up It was far to much , bacon sausage egg bap Juice pasties …. Really enjoyed ! Bed better than mine lol 😜 also lovely to have a little sofa in the room with small table ( to eat breakfast and read) The weather was very hot and was really pleased to get a fan put into our room. The room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was great and the breakfast box delivered to the room was amazing. The breakfast roll included really thick bacon, sausage and egg. There were also pastries, yoghurt and orange juice as well as tea and coffee in the room. A great property that we'd highly recommend.

Although the bathroom was lovely, the shower pressure was really poor. This isn't the first place in Tenby we've stayed where the water pressure was poor so not sure if there's an issue in Tenby rather than the property. It definitely wouldn't put us off staying again.

We had such a wonderful. The room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable it immediately felt like home. Breakfast was amazing every morning, and they even went out of their way to get us the yogurt we preferred. Joe was always just a text away and incredibly accommodating, even keeping our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy the day before catching a late train. The location right on South Beach was perfect, yet it felt calm and relaxing. A true home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We can’t wait to come back!

The location was 20mtr from the beach and really close to town. There is a large pay and display carpark around the corner. The host was amazing giving us a mobile number to text if we was wanting anything or anything delivered to our room, Like extra coffee, milk etc. Breakfast was the best, sausage bacon egg rolls with pastries, yoghurt and fruit juice. I loved how they was delivered to my room door. It meant I didn't have to get up early or dressed for breakfast. Gluten free and vegetarian options was offered. Our room was beautiful and very spacious, the bed had the biggest mattress I've ever seen and was so comfortable. The safe in our room was a massive plus; also the mini fridge.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, I'm really looking forward to going again.

Very spacious room, very well decorated, modern and airy. We were unsure about the breakfast being delivered to the rooms, but it turned out to be one of the best parts of the stay. Fresh, good quality, breakfast rolls with yogurts, juices and pastries included. Joe and Jo were very friendly and were always available if we had any questions or needed advice.

We would have liked a more powerful shower to be honest. Not a massive issue just nice to have.

Joe is a friendly host and made me feel very welcome on arrival. The king room with a sea view was spacious and clean. Nice big comfy bed and lots of space in the shower. There was plenty of complimentary tea and coffee and I never needed to ask for refills. I love the service of delivering the breakfast to your room. This arrived at an around 9am, indicated by a knock at the door before going away. Being a private person, this service was tailor made for me and it would be great if other hotels and B&B guest houses offered this. The Strathmore is just ten minutes walk from the train station, five minutes walk from the town centre and a minute or two from the beach. I stayed for four nights and enjoyed every minute of my stay. Thank you, Joe, for a wonderful stay. Would strongly recommend anyone give this a try and would definitely stay at The Strathmore again when next in the area.

We were met by Joe on our arrival who is a lovely guy. Our room was on the first floor, big bright and airy, double bay window with a spotless and well presented bathroom, lovely walk-in shower, toilet and basin. The room had adequate hanging space, a fridge and safe. There are no dining facilities, however, Breakfast is delivered to your door at 9am in a basket and consisted of a hot breakfast roll containing bacon, sausage and egg, two bottles of orange juice, a pain o chocolate and danish pastry and two yogurts. Tea and Coffee making facilities were provided with a plentiful supply of of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Put this all together and it made our stay simply wonderful even though it was only for one night and we were extremely lucky to get that. Thank you Joe and Jo.

On arrival we found check in was a simple and friendly experience. We went to our room which was very smart, and very big, complete with a nice bathroom and toilet. The mattress on the bed was extremely soft, just as I like it. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, a couple of sofas, and a flat screen TV with numerous channels. In the morning our breakfast box was dropped off at the door, a nice touch to have it delivered to the room, the breakfast roll was delicious, and a nice way to start the day. All in all, very good for the price and just a few steps from the esplanade overlooking the beach, close to the main town and within easy walking distance of the railway station.

Went to have a shower before checking out but couldn't get any hot water. I remarked about this on leaving and they said they would investigate straight away.

Brilliantly located property just a few meters from Tenby’s iconic waterfront. We went to Skomer Island to see the puffins which were amazing! We scored free street parking the first night and paid parking (ample spots) in a paid parking bay at the back of the accommodation the second night. Host Joe was very helpful, breakfast was served to our room & delicious. Highly recommend this accommodation!

All was perfect

Upon arrival we were greeted by Joe at the reception. He was very helpful and gave us all the details we needed throughout our stay. Our room had plenty of facilities which made our stay exceptional. It was thoroughly cleaned and had plenty of coffees, biscuits and tea etc. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of space and the room was the perfect temperature to sleep in. The breakfast baskets were outstanding with everything cooked to perfection. We needed extra hangers in our wardrobe and joe was more than happy to help. Our room was serviced everyday with our bed made to high standard and to ensure all the towels, bins and cups were clean with the replenishment of the condiments. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone. The rooms are very high quality and great value for money. We will be staying again. Thank you to all the staff for the incredible stay!☺️ Room 2
