The staff was kind and helpful, the rooms and bathroom were clean and there was towel change on daily basis, Wi-Fi was very fast. The buffet breakfast was delicious and good value for money. The coffee from coffeemaker was strong and delicious. We had a pleasant walk to Monte Carlo with beautiful sea and city views through the whole path.

We had to park our car on the street outside the hotel and to pay 20 euros per day because the hotel garage had maintenance and they did not inform us about that in advance although it was stated in reservation that the parking is available on site.

The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly and efficient. The hotel was spotlessly clean and suited us perfectly. There is a small convenience store nearby and a couple of cafe's. The number 18 bus service on the seafront serves between Monaco and Menton. there is a convenient railway station nearby with good connections along the coast.

Unfortunately the hotel onsite car parking spaces are very small and getting a parking space for a larger car nearby can be a little problem especially in the height of the tourist season.

We had a pleasant 2 nights stay, hotel is very nice, everything perfectly clean, breakfast perfect and staff amazingly helpful. Location is perfect for night walks on the sea front and having dinner in one of the restaurants there. Train station is 5 mins walking for trains to Monaco etc.

Garage has very narrow entrance, but with little bit of skills you can get there no problem. We had Subaru Outback and no issues and that I consider a big car. Length of the car is not a problem, height might be.

It's a lovely place at a quiet neighbourhood. Its the nicest IBIS i ever stayed in. Room was in perfect condition. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There is the option for breakfast. Coffee is available all day, free of charge. Next to the hotel, there is a Carefour mini market, where you can also get, breakfast items. The train station is 10' on foot to get to Monaco in just 7'.

Would had been perfect if it was within walking distance to Monaco....But, then it would probably cost much more...!Also, i think that 14 € for the breakfast they offer is a bit too much.

Rooms were modern and very clean, bathroom was cleaned everyday and bed was comfortable and remade everyday! Very close walk to the beach and close store store for snacks. Lots of restaurants. And very close yo Carnoles train, don’t take to Menton !

Outside dogs pee a lot, should be washed more maybe. A child’s school in Nextdoor also so you can hear the kids outside most of the morning.

Excellent location, less than 5 mins to the beach and less than 10 mins to the train station (with trains to Monaco taking approx 10-15 mins). Carrefour supermarket and a bakery close by. Very welcoming staff, with personalized welcome note in the room. Room and bathroom very modern (more modern than the exterior of the building suggests).

Indoor parking spaces are extremely small, especially considering the cost. French TV only, some English or German channels would have been nice

Very clean, every day wonderful tidy up by the lovely housekeeping ladies! Great location, away from the busy main road. Amazing boulangerie and restaurants in the neighborhood. The beach is literally 3 minutes away with crystal clear water. The bed is a dream, we had a deep sleep every night.

The parking lot is very very narrow. Unless you have an extreme tiny car, it is tricky and time consuming to get in and out without destroying the car-body.

Comfortable room for one night stopover. We arrived late ad managed to get a parking space in the garage below. The space is tight. Best suited for a Fiat 500 size car or smaller. Check-in and out were both quick and easy, the room was comfortable, and breakfast was good. Met expectations. Merci!

The instructions on the best way to park should be posted outside as well. Everything else was great. :)

Perfectly situated close to beach walk and Hike Le Corbusier, quiet but close to beach (Cocody sun highly recommended for both food and chair rental), fresh, clean, all new, great service.

The breakfast was delicious, staff smily and friendly. The hotel receptionist has given us a free upgrade that made it even greater with the balcony, we will defo come back whenever we stop by.
