Some Staff were perfunctorily polite but a few were genuinely kind especially when they heard we had all the money (US$550) in debit card withdrawn on 1st day in Santiago. (by uber driver who asked us to put physical card into his card reader & key pin. We have never used uber before and was not aware card should not be used when info was already registered on app. Location is safe neighbourhood. Room is in good condition. Breakfast was excellent

Room could definitely be better dusted

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood (Providencia), sufficiently close to the metro station and to a mall (Costanera center), where you have plenty of food options as well as supermarkets and many stores. The staff is great and friendly. We appreciated the kindness of Cecilia, one of the hotel receptionists. The breakfast was verry good and included "English breakfast" hot food. My best advice is avoid hotels in Santiago City center: it is unsafe, it is not pretty after dark and usually more expensive.

Room amenities, such as shampoo and shower gel could be better but are enough. It would be better if you could open a window in your room, but the Air conditioning is good and enough to ventilate your room.

Staff were super friendly and couldn't do more to help us. Our credit card declined when we tried to pay for our room (Halifax clarity card does not like Chile) and the guy at reception couldn't have been nicer about it. The room was lovely, they have an outside area with a pool which is nice. You get a welcome drink on the first day which was a nice touch. There is also free coffee, tea and water all day. The gym was basic but did the job. Great location, area felt safe, super close to Sky Costanero, which is in a massive shopping mall with a huge supermarket (if you are traveling on a budget and need to buy food like us!) Also fyi we have been travelling around south America for a while and have been struggling a bit with the food. There is an indian restaurant (Rishtedar) just two minutes down the road which did amazing curries with great veggie options- we would highly recommend.

Breakfast had lots of choice. The staff looked after filling in and cleaning up continuously.

The hotel is great overall! Decoration is beautiful and the building is new. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood and close to lots of interest points. Breakfast is simply amazing.

It could get a little noisy at times, specially on our first night, when there was an event at the hotel and live music was played until midnight. The gym is pretty bad. It has equipments in it, but it was clearly made by someone that never went to the gym.

1. Best room cleaning ever! Everyday looks like fresh check-in. (Ola, pls reward housekeepers.) 2. Best location nearest the biggest Costanera Mall and metro subway. 3. Best elevators that are quick with short waiting period. 4. Best price for value as room was large. NOTE: I rarely write a review here. But Ola hotel is really worth your money. So go book here NOW!

Nice modern rooms. Helpful front desk staff and a great safe location. It was very helpful to be able to leave bags in storage while we went to Rapa Nui/Easter Island for a few days also.

We stayed twice within a week. The first time we were on a higher floor and it was very nice and quiet. The second time we were on a lower floor and were woken up by all the noise from the lobby and restaurant in the morning.

The most important asset of any hotel is the staff. They were so friendly and so kind and when we wanted to extend our stay, Ignacio and the manageress did everything they could to make space for us. The facilities are fantastic and the food was great, especially the huge availability of breakfast choices.

Absolutely nothing, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time.

New and modern building with nice artistic accents. Super comfy beds, quiet rooms but vibrant salons. Good breakfast with okeish variety of items. Excellent staff and close to the malls and business district.

A little bit crowdy salons. Could make use of the external areas for breakfast.
