Very nice and cozy house. Position was great, far from the main street and you can reach the loch with great views in just 2 minutes by walk. Very peaceful street and comfy bed! The owner was lovely and very attentive!

The only thing would be that I was given a room right by the entrance and in front of the breakfast room - this made it a bit noisy everytime someone would come in or go out and in the morning when people would get up for breakfast. Despite that it was anyway an enjoyable stay and will surely book again if I’m in the area!

A cosy little B&B tucked away on a quiet residential street, with ample on-site parking. The owner is friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and we especially appreciated the well-stocked self-service area with crockery and cutlery - perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening.

The only downside is the soundproof - you could at times hear owners walking upstairs - but this is a normal thing in a house like that. We were definitely not bothered by this.

Having arrived late, Gaynor our host sensed that we maybe hungry, so within minutes and without hesitation she found a place (most restaurants close around 9:00 pm) for us to eat. Both rooms were very clean bright and airy, beds were comfortable, also very clean showers and toilets. You can choose your breakfast the day before and was freshly cooked at the agreed time in the morning. We found she has great knowledge and advice about the area that we found most useful. Relaxed and quiet surroundings.

Lovely Bed & Breakfast with friendly hosts. Hosts are knowledgeable about the surroundings and are happy to share their insights. A joined breakfast offers the opportunity to meet some fellow travelers. The place is easily and conveniently reachable by car. The larger area has more outdoor activities, and cycling and walking areas, than can practically be visited.

I believe options for eating out are a bit limited in the immediate area, but this did not really bother me.

Nice place, location, free parking, comfortable bed. Honestly it was a really good place to stay, and having good conversations with the host. For breakfast you can go for the traditional British breakfast or salmon/eggs and on top of that you have fruits/yogurt/cereal homemade confiture !! You also have at your disposition a microwave and a fridge.

Nothing, but maybe some people could complain about the narrow bathroom (it didn't bother me)

Delicious breakfast, excellent and friendly hosts, a lot of complementary items in the rooms. I also really appreciated access to the fridge and microwave! Although it’s a little bit out of Glencoe (where most of my activities were), there’s a bus stop almost directly outside so it was very convenient to travel between the locations. Overall and incredible stay and definitely recommend

Gaynor is a wonderful host who truly goes above and beyond to make you feel at home—we felt instantly comfortable upon arrival. The entire place is spotless and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious home-cooked options and an impressive selection of homemade jams. The location is also ideal, just a quick 10-minute drive to Glencoe, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and convenient location for a one night stay at a cute and cozy (and spotless!) B&B on our journey north. Gaynor is a welcoming, gracious and helpful host who makes you feel right at home with much attention given to details, extras and conveniences. Fun to chat with her in the morning over the delicious, generous breakfast that was served in their cheerful dining room. We look forward to another stay in the future. Thank you!

Nothing not to like. If we were staying more than one night we would have upgraded to the bigger room.

Very good breakfast with lots of choice. The smoked salmon was particularly enjoyed. Excellent location with quick access to Glencoe, Oban and Fort William/Ben Nevis. The Corran Ferry is only a few minutes away with opens up routes to Ardnamurchan and Mull. Room was very comfortable. Gaynor is a wonderful host.

Nothing really, everything I'd expect for a B&B.

Perfect location to explore Glencoe and surrounds! The Woolly Rock was a lovely, cozy, exceptionally clean and comfortable property and Gaynor was just a brilliant host! Breakfast was a highlight, and Gaynor was always happy to chat and give us great advice on how to best enjoy this stunning part of the Highlands! We would stay again without hesitation!
