The apartment looked exactly as pictured. It was very spacious and ideal for three people. The bathroom was great with amazing water pressure which always helps. Staff were very friendly and even gave us an iron when requested. The balcony area provided a lovely view when having a coffee, which was also included in the price. It was in a quiet area out the way which made it lovely and peaceful at night. Location is excellent and only a short uber into Cernobbio where the views of the lake are incredible.

Not a dislike but just keep in mind that you can’t walk to the lake as it would take about 45/50 minutes.l so need to Uber or Taxi. For us this wasn’t an issue, but could be for others.

- Very nice, clean and spacious rooms - Super kind staff who gave us an apartment with a kitchen instead of the triple bedroom we had booked because we wanted to cook and it had been cancelled last minute - for the same price (!) - Good kitchen with an induction plate, dishwasher with two cleaning tabs, and a couple free coffee pods

- Kitchen only had 3 spoons but about 6 knives, no scissors, no proper cooking knife, no vegetable/fruit knife, and no peeling knife - Not much to see or do in surrounding area so you pretty much need a car to get there and to go anywhere else from there

Comfortable room on the ground floor with access to the terrace, which allowed us to have dinner outside. The room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was nice and helpful.

Apart from the coffee machine and the mini-bar, there was absolutely no appliance to boil water, reheat meals, or wash our dishes (there were, in fact, no plates, cutlery, glasses, or anything else). This is really a hotel room, not an apartment.

Convenient, modern, clean and quiet, with a direct separate entrance and covered parking immediately outside the front door. Good-sized bathroom with a modern, low-base shower. Firm but comfortable beds. Nespresso coffee maker. Excellent restaurant in walking distance (Asinaccio). We arrived after dark but still enjoyed the balcony with a view over Como and Chiasso.

front desk support and check-in times were a bit limited. NB if arriving late or leaving early for into Chiasso/Switzerland, note the nearby minor border crossing from Maslianico is only open 6 am - 9 pm; be sure to allow extra time for the alternative circuitous route that takes extra time.

We overlooked the limited check-in hours and arrived late, but the staff was very kind and understanding, and they still welcomed us in. The accommodation was lovely, with a hotel-like style. It was clean and situated on a hill in a really beautiful and peaceful location, I’d say.

You can hear cars from the distant street while sitting on the terrace, which slightly takes away from the feeling of being immersed in nature. The accommodation has more of a hotel-like feel and offers only a few amenities.

Location is great,rooms are spacious and very clean and Raffaella at reception was wonderful!

The stay was lovely but perhaps I misread what the stay included- it mentioned toiletries but we only had one small soap provided to share and use for everything from hand washing to showering- I wish there was some body and hair wash or something. We also were woken up by the people upstairs- they were moving furniture or cleaning or something- this was at about 6:45 on a Sunday morning :(

We valued almost every aspect of our visit; the rooms were remarkably clean and equipped with all essential amenities. The host offered all the necessary information promptly in response to our inquiries.

The air conditioning system cannot be controlled independently and was unable to switch to cooling mode in the morning when the sun was shining. I was informed that the air conditioning system is exclusively set to heating mode in October

The location was great! We had a car so it was quite accessible. It's close enough to Como central and close to the shops (Bennet/Lidl) but not that close that it ends up being noisy. The tv has Netflix, that was a really nice surprise!

I wasn't expecting that daily cleaning would come at an extra cost, I'm not used to this and have never seen it before BUT I can see how that also helps the environment so I wasn't upset by it, just surprised. I just wasn't aware until we got there but maybe that was my bad!

It was clean, enough space, a nice view and the receptionist was friendly.

The bed was awful. The supposed to be “double bed” was not double. It was 2 single bed in 1. The mattresses were separated all the time and these beds were moving. So if you travel as a couple do not expect the sleep to be nice. Also pillows were strange and not comfortable either to sleep nor to lay on them.
