Pleasant accommodation. We appreciated the washing machine and the balcony. Also very nice gesture to find water bottle and coffee. Well equipped kitchenette and overall a stress free stay. Please note that we also liked the fact that we were not pressed by a fixed hours, the hosts have a very efficient way of letting you in after you communicate with them the details. Overall a pleasant and stress free stay.

Maybe it was just our room, but a little of refurbishment is required in the apartment. Nothing very upsetting but some things are degrading with time. This one is not related to the hosts but to the other tourists, please dont make the biggest noises ever in the middle of the night, no sound proofing windows can stand to that. It happened just in one night but is not the host fault as the quiet hours are clearly stated but is about common sense of the tourists. I dont know if the host intervened as we did not complained but the rest of the nights were quiet and with no issues. Just to mention that overall the apartment is quiet well phonic isolated.

Pierpaolo is an absolute legend- he is very proactive - contacted us before arrival with check-in instructions etc and responds to requests very promptly and helpfully. The location within 10 mins walking distance of the old town was a great bonus and in easy reach of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Street parking was readily available and whilst we did not use them ourselves, the provision of bicycles was and added bonus.

Only real criticism was the kitchen which is very basic (2 electric rings and a shelf top oven) and should be classified as a kitchenette rather than a “full private kitchen” as described and the washing machine which didn’t function correctly throughout our stay despite Pierpaolo’s intervention. On reading past reviews I note that the average length of stay here is between 2 and 6 nights. Our stay was 14 nights and we specifically chose Euphorbia because it had a full kitchen, a washing machine and an outside balcony all fundamentals to an extended stay and unfortunately the descriptions of these proved to be inaccurate.

My apartment (#5) was very well laid out for its size. Perfect for a single person or couple. Large bedroom with a desk. The kitchen was well equipped with a two burner cooktop and small under counter fridge. Plus a very nice covered outside area. Between the room and the historic center, just a five minute walk, you pass caffès, farmacia, general market and a meat, fruit and vegetable market just in front of Porta Rudiae. Although my favorite morning caffe' is ,"Flow" which is just 150 yards into the center. Just beyond that is "Pizza &Co. Which has amazing pizza by the slice. I tried to extend my stay here but unfortunately they were booked.

Good location, just 2 km from Lecce center. Enough windows and light. Good mattress. Basic kitchen ware. Free street parking in front of the apartment. Good communication by Whatsapp with owner. Self check-in was no problem (via Whatsapp or phone). Good price.

The terrace had a table with 2 chairs, which were too dirty to use. We wanted to visit the old town with bikes which were offered to use, but they were in such a bad condition that for safety reasons we didn't use them. Visiting Lecce on foot was also very interesting though. Be careful: the door in the corridor closes automatically! When we leaft to check something the door closed behind us, while our keys and mobile phones were still inside. We were in panic, but fortunately a resident on another floor was able to help us enter again.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well located, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We truly felt at home and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The manager/owner of the property went extra miles, kind, polite and very helpful.

Very nice apartment close to Lecce center. We had 2 bikes in mediocre condition at our disposal, but they were very handy to navigate to the city center. Markets are close to the apartment. It has everything you need to wash your clothes. It has everything you need even for medium or long stays.

Some of the pans were not in good condition and I would not cook into them.

Very central, everything clean, all you need is there.

It smelled a little like cigarettes, and the person who lives above the apartment was moving chairs and walking around all night making noise.

Easy access to centre of the city and wonderful parking facilities. Grocery stores are in walking distance as are many cafes and takeaways . Easy access to a well laid out apartment which was comfortable and had plenty of space

Modern decor. The main room was quite large. The bed was comfy. Easy parking on the street.

Unit needs a refresh. Kitchen furnishings were adequate with the exception that there was no sharp chefs knife, only butter knives that were not very sharp.

10/10 stay. Free bike to use, close 10 min walk to Lecce Old Town, free coffee pods in room, nice balcony. Everything was clean and room was very spacious.
