Very nice designed room with partly view over Rhein! Nice beds and kitchen with refridgerator. Lot of space in the room with sofa, desk and breakfast table with chairs. Easy access to room and building with a code that was sent 1-2 days before arrival. Access to bicycle room.

The traffic was loud during Friday and Saturday nights but better Sunday night. It was not possible to have the window opened during night because of traffic. Otherwise quiet in the appartment.

No staff, but having an access code meant we could be in the room as soon as we got there. The bike room was great too, so easy to access, and the location near the Moselle and the centre of town meant there was a lot to see.

The TV remote didn't work. It's probably just batteries, but my wife likes a sleep timer, and we couldn't access it using the buttons on the TV.

Self check in so didn't meet any staff but that's not a negative. The only thing we didn't like was the lighting in the room, it was dark. It just needs brightening up!

Location adjacent main square and short walk to the rivers. Spacious room. Small but adequate kitchenette. Our room had a small balcony that appeared to be the only one in hotel.

Subdued lighting was a bit too subdued. Very dark. We had a hard time getting a sensible response on enquiries regarding access for luggage storage prior to checkin. We sent several messages and eventually phoned but they did not speak english. Finally got a message providing access code.

at nights it can be noisy, especially at weekends since the bar outside is right in the next building behind the window

The hotel was very close to center of koblenz and everything was satisfactory, no worries with getting around, plenty of nice places to eat and drink and no problems with keys etc.

Excellent location, very clean, and self check-in with a code was simple and convenient at any time. The room was well-equipped and tidy. The bathroom was quite small, but clean and functional.

I stayed two different deluxe rooms during my whole travel.One of them had a balcony where you can see town and river scapes. Rooms are equipped for meeting all mandatory needs such as iron, ventilator (unfortunaltely there was no air conditioning), microwave, kitchen kids, coffee machine, etc.

If you want to keep your window open at nights , you will have lots of noise because of Irish pub in front of the building. It could be great to have a dedicated parking area. (It was not a big issue because there were some options around)

Great location. But if you are on the street side, especially ground floor, it can be very noisy!

Not only the "location"was perfect, the "room" and "bathroom" were clean, the kitchen was awesome and facilities exceeded our expectations

The walls are paper thin and we could hear the neighbours talking to each other :)))
