The staff were fantastic, breakfast great, very clean and terrific value for money. Close to city centre a 10 minute walk.

The bars not open on a Sunday evening. The rooms are only changed every 3 days.

Warm vegetables and local sausage provided at breakfast gives a lot of local, personal touch. I loved that there was a water cooker in my room, so I could drink tea when I felt like it. Room was spacious and in walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go.

Breakfast food was situated so that everything just created a block. Coffee central was totally on wrong place. There should be a different place to pickup tea water; if you get your tea water from coffee machine it will taste like coffee.

The location was very good for my purpose. The room was nice, sufficiently big and clean. At the breakfast, I really appreciated the good coffee and the very fresh bread rolls. As a flexitarian, I appreciated peanut butter as an option - you see that rarely in Finland.

The airconditioning was very loud, hence, at night I turned it off. This (obviously) made the room rather hot. I haven't seen as much attention to sustainability issues as with other hotel chains, so that may be a reason to choose another hotel in the future. The design of the shower was not good - the lack of a threshold at the shower cabin resulted in the whole floor getting wet, and there was no tool to dry the floor (like there often is in Nordic hotels). These details matter.

Fresh and clean! Regardless of an ongoing heatwave the room was perfectly cool. Hotel is connected to Tampere talo so check out what they have to offer. We saw the Mumin museum and loved it. Hotel also offers a lunch which was great. Breakfast was good.

If by car you have to pay for parking, at the hotel it’s 24 euros per night and I couldn’t find any free parking in the area. I was surprised that you don’t need a key card to get to your floor. I would be more comfortable if they were locked.

Breakfast is ok. Needs more variety of food to eat if you're planning to stay longer like change of menu every other day. Location is excellent. Manager Annika is really great in solving issues on cleaning our room. Special Thanks to Silja Barbie on the front desk who made sure are issues and our stay is excellent from start to finish. Always smiling and very warm and accommodating. She deserves to be commended. The hotel should have a please clean my room sign for guest to place on their front door not just don't disturbed sign and a last check system to make sure all the rooms are clean all amenities in the room are replenished so no rooms are left behind unchecked and not cleaned so to avoid any issues and the standard of cleaning is always kept high and met. Whether there's any issues or inspection or surprise inspection just to mention based on my experience. Remember this you're not just a number you're representing your work place which is a 4 ⭐✨ Star Marriott hotel.

This hotel is superb. From the moment you enter you are greeted by the most friendly helpful staff, who can’t do enough to help you with the hotel and local facilities. Our first thoughts when we got to the hotel was that it might be noisy as it is right next to the highway, but the windows (which are floor to ceiling) have 2 sets of double glazing. It was super quiet in the room, the windows do not open, but there is a good Air Con system. The rooms are spacious with all the facilities you would expect from a top hotel, fridge, desk and chair, large TV, good size wardrobe, and a well equipped bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, really wide selection for every taste.

The breakfast dinner was not big enough.

A modern well equipped room with open view to a street. + Comfortable beds and quality bed clothes + A/C (which you cannot take as granted in Tampere. Tammer hotel where is stayed during by previous visit didn't have one. + Kettle, coffee maker and capsuls + Decent walking distance from everything in downtown

Some design mistakes, like - No electricity socket next to the second bed. Audio book or videos are streamed from the phone, would be nice to have it charged in the morning. - Bathroom door made of glass. When lights on in the bathroom, also the room is lighted. Also at night. But nevertheless - could consider to come back. (Unlike Tammer, which was a first=last experience)

Very nice quality of everything. From the room and its materials, to breakfast.

The hotel does not have parking included, although quite often appears like it does. The parking offered is by the town, where some spots are offered for the guests of the hotel. This results in having to pay quite extra (around 25-30€/day) for a parking spot, in an uncovered parking, which during bad weather is the opposite of convenient.

The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was tasty – it had everything except fish, with plenty of vegetables, including grilled ones. Additionally, the fully equipped gym was a great bonus, featuring a rowing machine, treadmill, stationary bike, dumbbells, a bench, and a barbell.

What I didn't like was that the scrambled eggs at breakfast were made from powder, and the window in the room couldn't be opened. Additionally, the dinner at the hotel restaurant was average.

Breakfast buffet and good value. Hotel well cleaned and room spacious. Staff approachable and friendly. Near station which is between hotel and centre, but enough local facilities.

Wi-Fi did not work well - difficult to get on my devices and often cut off. Shower head not perfect and not adjustable.
