Fabulous Hotel - This is our 3rd stay and we loved it! All members of staff were very welcoming and friendly.

We still think that smoking on balconies should be banned as yet again our neighbours smoke wafted into our room and yet again they weren’t sticking to normal cigarettes!!! Music too loud on roof terrace and pool bar - Hotel should look at its customers we are in or 50’s 60’s we like softer music that doesn’t mess with our ear drums 😂 bit of soul music please 🙏🏻 your young staff should not choose the music - We were also subject to a young couple doing things to each other that should be kept behind closed doors up on the roof terrace at 11am!! They were not staying in the hotel just using it for drinks and pictures - staff should be taking more notice.

The breakfast room was well positioned and spacious, the food on offer was excellent and catered for everyone's tastes. Our room was very clean and offered great space for our family of 3 with a separate bedroom and lounge area that doubled up as the second bedroom for our 16 year old son. The roof top bar with infinity pool was a lovely space to spend time in the day and into the evening this was a highlight for our party.

There was music in the breakfast room on one of the days, this was very good but personally we preferred a quieter breakfast experience so although the singer was great it was a bit early for us.

It was beautifully furnished and so clean and modern. Loved the rooftop!!

I had room 1603 which was directly under the rooftop bar store cupboard so until at least 3 in the morning and again from 8am you could hear scraping of tables, boxes, things being dropped on the floor (the ceiling of the room) therefore no sleep!

everything about this hotel is amazing

the only problem was the rooftop bar and getting drinks. were not allowed get served at the bar, had to wait for someone to come to the table, which took a long time and then the drinks coming back to the table took too long, 45mins waiting for getting a drink

The design of the hotel was very modern, the room was spacious & clean.

Some staff at the bar area at the pool were rude & the long wait times even though it wasn't busy.

The hotel is stunning! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the amenities are great. The rooftop pool is an added bonus. Recommend Exotico restaurant- this was the best meal we had all holiday!

Pool staff could be quite rude at times. Having spent money on food and drinks all day, they were quick to tell us to leave for the public coming up to the rooftop pool. We felt a bit rushed. But otherwise everything/everyone was great.

Friendly welcome and spotlessly clean. A great pool area and the benefit off the roof top bar and pool for chilling out away from children...love them but nice to get away from them sometimes. 😆

Not much to be fair.. not being told that you don't have to buy water with your meal is a cheap shot to be honest....only found out on the last day...there are family's there so every penny counts for some. That's it !

Excellent facilities

The male Manager - requested late check out when rooms were still free. The Manager lost out on 35euros by not allowing late check out. I work in the industry and know it takes 11mins to turn a room around with the right cleaning staff. He needs to go in a training course to ensure revenue. I wish him all the best in his next room. Goodbye.

A room is pretty enough size, with enough space for storing belongings. The hotel has a pool bar on the first floor, where you can also find the excellent Exotico restaurant. Pool bar is serving drinks and food also. Cocktails are recomended to try, one of the best I've tried. On the second floor, there is a restaurant where meals are served (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). As for breakfast, the selection is excellent—more than satisfying and truly praiseworthy. On the top, 17th floor, there is the Selvatico bar with a infinity pool. Swimming in the pool on this floor is allowed until 6 pm (adults only, children are not permitted). In my opinion, the bad thing is that after 7 pm the bar is open to outside guests who are not part of the hotel, which creates large crowds when using the elevators (waiting for few minutes event there are 4 elevators). As a guest, it would be much better to allow pool using here until 8pm, because 6pm isnt enough. External guests are comming straight from 7pm as it is popular place to be in the city and ruins guests pleasure to be at the rooftop. When it comes to the staff, I would especially like to praise Mikaela, who works at the pool bar on the first floor—fast, positive, and friendly. The staff at the Selvatico bar on the 17th floor, in my opinion, are extremely slow and quite uninterested—it takes a very long time to get a drink. The staff working during breakfast were excellent—big compliments to them. Some days at the breakfast there happened a live music, also a DJ at the 1st floor pool. Rooms are serviced daily, and the cleaning is at a satisfactory level (I expected it to be higher for this type of hotel, but I can’t say it was bad—although sometimes they left a stained towel). The pool on the first floor is open until 8 pm, with plenty of beach chair and is a suitable size (pool depth is from 1.2m to 1.6m). Even there are a few things that can be better organized, when I consider the overall, it is a 10!

Cleanliness Modern Good location to the old town

Penthouse suite personally wasn’t worth it. You walk directly into the bathroom from the main door. Directly above bar area at night and can hear all the scrapping of the chairs being put away.
