The location was excellent, close to the city tram and bus stop, making transportation easy. There were also great restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful, patiently answering all our touristy questions and giving good local insights.

The breakfast spread felt limited and could offer more variety for the price they charged. The dining area seemed overcrowded, with tables too close together. On two out of three mornings, we had to wait for a table, and once seated, it felt like we were sharing with strangers, which isn’t ideal—especially for families with young children looking for a more comfortable and relaxed environment.

I stayed for one night and really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is great — close to European institutions and within walking distance to public transport. The staff were professional and helpful, and check-in was quick. The hotel was quiet and perfect for a relaxing stay. I didn’t try the breakfast, but the overall atmosphere was modern and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Luxembourg 🇱🇺💕

The only downside was the parking — it was very crowded, so I had to park under their other branch nearby and walk back to my hotel from there. It wasn’t a big issue, but a bit inconvenient. Overall, I would still definitely stay here again on my next visit to Luxembourg.👌🏻😍

The room was spacious, featuring two large beds and ample space to comfortably accommodate four people. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with enough towels for everyone. Drinking water was conveniently available near the entrance of the floor. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable. Additional amenities such as a water boiler, iron with ironing board, and a hairdryer were also provided. The hotel is well-located, close to the city center, with a tram line right next to the property. Public transportation in Luxembourg is free, so once you park your car at the hotel, you can easily explore the city with your family via tram.

The parking area was extremely crowded, and the cost of parking was quite high. Despite checking online in advance, we still had to wait at the reception for over 30 minutes.

I love the location, it's well connected with Tram stop, shopping mall. Staff was very helpful. The excellent part of hotel is environment friendly. They take environment very seriously, I will surly appreciate the Novtel Hotel for providing refillable water bottle & filling station on the floor which I have seen first time. Hotel also provide bathroom items like comb. razor, paste etc on demand rather than wasting the plastic item unnecessary.

1.Fast Online Checkout Concept - I checked-out online for fast checkout & was expecting my key to be ready for collection but I had to again checked out at reception so this fast online checkout is waste of time. 2. Smoking zone is just in front of the Reception enternece so you will surly consume the cigarette smoke unwontedly.I would like to request hotel management to move the smoking zone in one of the corner in the open area. 3. There are two different Novotel Hotels e.g. Novotel Suits & Novtel at Kirchberg which are technically in two different buildings so location & parking is bit confusing. While booking it was not mentioned where are you going to book your room.

- Hotel location is 2km from the old town, but we still used car, cause it was a rainy weather. - Hotel is relatively new and clean. Novotel hotel chain keeps good level of comfort and service. - On-site parking for reasonable price. - Room was big and clean, beds were comfortable, shower was good.

- Breakfast could be better. Variety and quality of food should be better for this level of hotel. Most of the products used were not fresh but frozen. - For this level of hotel we were missing Nespresso coffee machine in the room to make a proper natural coffee in the morning. - Price is quite high though

It was a very comfortable room with large comfy beds and a good modern shower. It was just a short walk to the tram station which then took you into the city centre. And public transport is free which is great news as you can leave the car behind. Incidentally there is a good size underground car park. You can use the upper car park but it gets full quickly.

This isn’t really the fault of the hotel however we had some noisy neighbours that were still up about 1:00am and you could hear the noise reverberating through the walls which woke us up. We did ring reception but they couldn’t find the source of the noise. I think we were just unlucky having a room next to a very noisy family. Overall it was a great stay in a lovely modern boutique hotel and the staff were very helpful and kind so well recommended. It’s better to arrive earlier to get a parking space next to the hotel however if they’re all full then don’t fear as the underground car park had plenty of spaces.

The room (two double bed room) was spacious and really comfortable. Breakfast was great! And location was really convenient for us as we needed to stay in tge area. However please consider that this hotel is not located in the city centre. But this is not a problem because with the free tram you are there in a few minutes.

There is a parking area (uncovered) in front of the hotel. You get a ticket when entering and pay at the hotel at checkout. However when we were there there was not always space for all the cars. The covered hotel does not connect directly with the hotel.

Breakfast - lots of option and could have been better if some non-western food is added. Room - big enough for our family, I really like the long table where we can put most of our kids stuff and able to see them easily. Location - close to tram stations, and European Parliament Staff - very friendly and hospitable.

Loads of space in the room which was great with 2 small kids. There was a kettle and plenty of tea/coffee. The parking was secure and right outside the hotel which made it easy for taking the bags in. I saw they had a baby cot in the hall ready to be brought into someone’s room. It looked in great condition (we had our own so did not request one) The hotel is a few minutes walk from a tram stop which goes straight into the city centre. Public transport is free in Luxembourg which made stay by here perfect

Currently has some facelift work going on which is a bit unsightly but it’s no big deal. I understand this work has to be done. It will look great when completed. FYI I knew about the construction when I booked. It had no effect on my willingness to stay

We arrived at the hotel unplanned and without much thought. Staff welcomed us really friendly. Drinking water stations at every floor. Room was large, really good looking, very clean with a wonderful bathroom. You may get all hygiene amenities at the reception if you need some. We were not planning on getting a hotel that day thus it was a real saver. Public transport just behind the corner and in 10-15 minutes you are in a city center.

It might be some difficulties to park your car during business days? We were on a weekend and even though the underground parking lot is huge - 100% of places are reserved to someone and there was not a single space left for Novotel clients on all 3 levels, nevertheless the remaining parking lot itself was mostly empty. At the reception I was told that since it is weekend I may park at the places of a bank. Not sure if this works on business days.
