The breakfast was a good continental variety. The staff kept everything stocked and clean during the breakfast rush. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the mini golf and pool/hot tub area with the kids and had a good evening time at the hotel bar.

There were a few maintenance issues in the room that could use some attention. The toilet in the room and main hallway restrooms had flushing problems. The room bathroom faucet was loose and the bedroom remote did not work, even after changing batteries with the front desk. These are not severe issues but a little bit of housekeeping maintenance would put the stay over the top.

I just loved the rooms having wooden floors instead of carpet. The air conditioning was totally silent while keeping us warm when it was freezing outside. My wife thought the bed was one of the most comfortable she has ever slept on.

Internet went off at times for a while which was very frustrating. The furniture is starting to show some wear.

Breakfast was good, very nice staff. We love the pool, this is why we came back again

Front desk staff. One lady in particular, very rude and every time we would go down at night to the front lobby she was with a random guy flirting and making out behind the desk and in front of other guests. Thats was very inappropriate and uncomfortable to go ask for what we needed.

I liked how clean and easily accessible the property was. The staff was very nice and helpful when I had to book an extra emergency night. The rooms were very comfortable as well and equipped in the kitchenette

That it was warm at night I couldn’t make the a/c work even though I follow the instructions posted din the wall and made sure the furnace was off the a/c didn’t work

Room size and kitchen area

Always have to ask for extra sheets blankets and pillows and they dint always have them available. Breakfast isnt very good.

Breakfast was great and glad that it started so early, as we are early risers. The room is well appointed with lots of space. The king bed is very comfortable with good linens. Our room wasn't ready and the receptionist switched us to another room so we can check in on time, Which we were grateful for.

Which we were grateful for. Microwave was dirty. Main bedroom toilet didn't work. TV remote was missing batteries. All of those weren't a huge deal because overall the stay was nice, but when I informed the front desk in the morning at checkout there was no apologies whatsoever, which I thought was strange.

Everything! This is one of the best places we have stayed at! We had the presidential suite and surprisingly it accommodated 7 adults.
