The continental breakfast was great! Did not expect sausage, scrambled eggs and real hash browns!! The bed linens were top notch and very comfortable. Small talk with staff was enjoyed. They made you feel very welcomed.

The fact I left day early due to the weather. My day was planned to enjoy the outdoor pool and just relaxed and study some mandatory coarse work. If there was a negative...the elevator was slow! But had great conversations with people waiting with me.

Clean and the bed was super comfortable the staff was helpful courteous and great.

The only complaint is the breakfast and the staff member assigned to it. Both mornings we went down to eat 30-45 minutes before it closed and there were no eggs. I understand a little closer to 10 but at 9:15 I expect eggs. The staff person assigned to the breakfast sat in the kitchen area near the sink on his phone and made no effort to get any eggs or help with the waffle batter. Also the waffle batter was so thick both mornings it barely of any came out making me think it was out even though it wasn’t. Overall breakfast was a 3 out of 10. Everything else was fantastic.

Check-in was the quickest I've seen. The young man was efficient and polite. The location was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable spacious for the three of us.

There were hairs in the comforters and one in the tub, even though they did seem clean didn't care for that. Breakfast was eh, the person "up keeping" the area wasn't doing a very good job, as tables were dirty, trash overflowing one can, mess all over the counters where they guest were rude. He sat in the little room on his phone the whole time we were down there. Other than lhat I think everything was overall pretty good.

Our third floor room was wonderful, king size bed very comfortable, temperature control good. We called the front desk to check on something we thought we left and they were so accommodating - turns out it was still in the room.

My parents first floor room - 128 - was extremely small and the temperature control was poor - it was either cold or humid, you couldn’t regulate the humidity without freezing the room. The breakfast room trash can was overflowing and not emptied when needed.

Almost every single thing the beds were comfortable, lots of pillows. There was a soft night night in the restroom, hooks to hang up clothes and towels etc. The towels were large and soft, provided toiletries were enough for the visit. Everything was clean, well maintained. The pool was awesome on these hot days, with plenty of loungers and 2 tables with umbrellas, parking was adequate. Walls were thick enough so you didn’t hear your neighbor. Staff was helpful and always smiling. The location was easy to get to everything and easy to get In and out of on a busy road. Breakfast was the down fall. While we appreciated having a breakfast every morning the space was adequate, clean plentiful. All in all though a great Comfort Inn

The breakfast never changed. We were there for 6 mornings. Every morning was the same watery scrambled eggs, hard potatoes, and hard sausages all had been cooked in an microwave. Nothing else changed such as the fruit. Other motels which serve breakfast other than an continental breakfast change up the menus such as bacon or the small cheese omelets. And everything was super salty . But area was clean and always plentiful amounts of food. Coffee was meh

The cleanliness of the hallways and rooms was great, everything tidy and spotless. I did not have breakfast at the hotel but seemed to have a decent quantity of food items. They receptionists were kind and helpful with giving us information on the area we were visiting.

Everything was great. The only thing that would make the experience better would be to have a jacuzzi, however I do understand only few hotels have them.

Very quiet despite being right off highway. However there is a train that comes each morning about 7:30 that blasts its horn. Other than that very quiet.

The breakfast area is too small when hotel is full. We could not eat there any mornings as only about 6 tables available. You can hardly get coffee without waiting behind everyone. We came early to get coffee and then tried to go back at 9:30 but still packed. No trays to take to your room so had to try and pile stuff up on a paper plate for two people.

We stay here every time we come to Asheville, and it is always wonderful. The rooms are really nice and comfy for a great price! This was also our first time bringing our dog with us. They put us in a room by the stairs so it made taking her outside really convenient. They also only charge like $20 extra a night to have her stay with us. So cheap compared to other hotels we've stayed at. This is a pet friendly hotel but you would never know because it does not smell at all. We've stayed in hotels in the past where our entire room smelled like a pet store, but this is definitely not the case at the Comfort Inn.

The parking lot was well lit. Breakfast was available. Wifi was good. That staff was willing to change my room( I didn't).

No fruit was out for breakfast, I had to ask. I'm sure there was an explanation. The rear door was proped open and someone let their dog poop near the rear door. I was never able to use my card at the rear door close to my room. Not enough disabled parking.

The price was right. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The halls seem a bit dingy, but nothing significantly wrong. Didn't try the breakfast as we had meetings elsewhere each morning. Check-in was quick and easy and front desk staff was very cheerful and helpful both times we interacted.

Halls seemed a bit dingy, not as updated in our room on 3rd floor. However, the price was right and the room itself was fine. Apparently they don't provide any cleaning services automatically, but you can request them. Not surprising since help is hard to find these days.
