It was safe

It is somewhat basic looking. I had to ask for another chair as the chair in there the right arm rest was broken. Was brought another one but had to put up against wall or else it didn’t support. Microwave was rusty and peeling inside. But the phase “you paid for what you get for” is true.

The employees were very nice, whether it was the gentleman at the desk or the maid. Very nice people. The room was an excellent value. We had a king size bed on the second floor. It was very comfortable. We had a nice TV, microwave, and nice refrigerator. Excellent hot water in the bathroom. The room was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel! This hotel has an excellent location.

They could use more breakfast items. Only cereal and coffee were available. Traffic in New Braunfels is loud, and the amount of vehicles is insane.

Everything was amazing? Great place to be and an amazing location? And a clean place to be.

The roaches and nose 👃 ass people. The annoying men staring at my breast and buttocks. Also the nosie janitor who wants to look in my room or be in my room.

The location was perfect...within 5 miles of everything. The BBQ area was the perfect size.

The pool was only open til 10pm. Wish adults only could have relaxed by the pool longer.

Very nice, quiet, clean, spacious room! Loved the bed, which was very comfortable and soft. I almost didn't want to get out of it, lol. Will definitely like to stay here again if they have a good, low price again like they did this time.

Not much. It would have been nice if there was a coffee pot in the room though.

room was extra big, it had a loveseat(maybe a sleeeper). very big room. Did not hear any noises outside from any other guests, staff cleaned the room daily, some places we stay at they only do every third day...

breakfast was very plan, just basics.

wish it had breakfast a lot of places already opened there’s back up but there nothing really not to like if u need a place to stay and only have little bit of money so u able to sleep in a bed that’s all that should matter
