We received a personalised welcome message notifying us of the check in procedure. As these were self-contained units, this was appropriate. It turned out that when we did arrive, the Manager was there anyway and welcomed us directly. As soon as we opened the door we were extremely impressed. The unit was spacious, modern, light and bright and having a washer/dryer was perfect allowing us to catch up on our laundry. The property was located in a quiet back street which was nice and relaxing. Only a 5 minute drive into the main town therefore close to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.

Our stay wasn't long enough.

Heater was on when we arrived and a very easy check in. Kaz was friendly and happy to chat. Very quiet. Compact, but everything we needed. Great location.

Allotted carpark was very small for our car, we had to reverse into the driveway as we couldn't turn sharp enough. Shower had a small leak. Nowhere at our unit to sit in the sun 🌞 (at anytime of the day), people were sitting in the driveway. But it just got us out and about walking along the beach anyway. Weather was superb for Winter.

Michael and Kristen were both absolutely lovely and created a really welcoming atmosphere and were both so helpful with anything that was needed! The apartment was a really comfortable and had everything we needed and the location was fantastic and super accessible!

There wasn’t a super easy spot to put your bags but otherwise it was fantastic!

Prime location in Merimbula (very close to a great cafe that makes amazing donuts), facilities were clean and we had everything we required (bonus was having a washer/dryer which came in exceptionally handy when heading out to the local destinations). The staff were so friendly and inviting and provided all the information to have a great stay, bedding was comfortable and warm (important for the cooler weather) and it was just overall a positive experience. Neighbours were also friendly.

We loved its location. How quite the area was. We also loved the apartment; it was big and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was close to main center without being on the main street. Would absolutely return and recommend to family & friends. The carport parking was a bit tight but honestly this just means cars had to drive slowly and safely which is not a bad thing, lucky we had a medium size car.

The owners were friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. The apartment has full proper kitchen facilities including a combo washing machine/dryer, separate bedroom with ensuite off it. Location is fantastic and the owners are very knowledgeable about the local area.

The main sliding door entrance and window directly faced another apartment so unless blinds were closed you could see directly into the other apartment. However blinds were easy to close so this issue could be resolved.

Brilliant little apartment. Everything we needed was in hand. Super comfy beds and shower facilities excellent. Swimming pool was nice and extra touches appreciated ie free bike hire. About 10 minutes to walk into main town centre although there was a big beach and cafes literally a minute away. Owner Michael was a star. He gave us lots of info on local attractions plus there was a whopping great folder of gubbins showing what to do and where to go. Loved every minute. Will definitely be back (although it's about 11000 miles from home!)

Nothing springs to mind.

Plenty of room, beds were ok, had a decent brand iron, clothes airer. Washing machine/dryer very handy but hard to work (probably just me)

No hooks for towels to hang on, bathroom/toilet area very cramped and shower head could do with an update. Ceiling fans need a clean.

The location was perfect being only one block back from the beach. The apartment was located close to cafes and easy walk to cafes and restaurants so we didn't need to use our car once we got there. The apartment was very clean and tidy and the kitchen has a great range of cooking pans and utensils. The owners were very friendly.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. The only thing that might have added to what was supplied with the apartment was some coasters as I don't like putting cups and glasses straight onto glass tables.

Clean and comfortable. Really close to the stunning main beach and Mitchies Jetty. Michael and Kristen are friendly and very helpful hosts. We used the bikes and boogie boards that were on offer (free of charge) to get to and from the beach and had a wonderful time!
