Simple access, good communication. Everything in room to meet our needs very well thought through appliances etc and all seemed to work well. The location and grounds are lovely.

Single beds a bit saggy in our family room. Safety of the fire surround - would not work if a toddler was present we would not have lit the fire. The deck area felt a little uninviting perhaps some attention to that area would improve the feel. Certainly felt jealous of the decks/view on the tree houses, not sure why three guests are not accommodated in some of those for small families with kids to enjoy too. Felt a little like we get the 'less desirable' space.

We loved everything about this stay. From the moment we arrived, this treehouse log fire cabin felt like a hidden gem tucked away from the world. Surrounded by nature and perched among the trees, the cabin offered the perfect blend of rustic charm and cozy comfort. The cabin itself was thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from a well-equipped kitchenette to a comfy bed with warm blankets. The treehouse feel added a sense of adventure, without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape, a solo retreat, or just a break from everyday life, this spot is an ideal choice. We left feeling relaxed, recharged, and already dreaming about our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a peaceful, magical getaway.

Can’t fault anything

It’s perfectly situated near Kondalilla nature reserve. The onsite restaurant had great food and the lychee mocktail was so good! I asked for a takeaway dessert to eat in the room, which was accommodated. Everything was enjoyable. We asked for an early check in and were sent a text as it was ready early. The fire was easy to start, everything was ready to use. The proximity to the reserve meant we could hear the waterfall - it was so lovely. Hearing the birds chirp, the rustling leaves and waterfall was perfect. We travelling with a Bub under one, so we didn’t take advantage of the in room massage or yoga. There was also a pool, which we didn’t explore. We had a lovely one night stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like. But there was one small thing that didn’t work, which was the dvd player remote. We chose to watch a dvd but it’s a smart tv so you can stream other options. Where we were, the wifi and internet was not available. Not a complaint at all just sharing some info that might be useful to others.

Log cabin was really nice, cosy comfy and a good size for our family of five. Loved the big bathroom, king bed, and fireplace. Views were beautiful, and it was great to have a heated pool on site. Restaurant was nice, great for kids with a play area and friendly staff.

Pools were not well maintained. There was a lot of debris, and they were a bit cloudy. We were there for 6 days, and it was clear that they were not cleaned in the few days beforehand or during our stay, but that's a maintenance issue that is easily fixed. My husband maintains our pool to a very high standard, and at a resort, we would expect a similar standard.

Stayed overnight at the lodge for my husband’s birthday. The facilities are clean and the area is so close to nature. The entry to kondalilla falls walking trail is only a short walk from the accommodation. The spa bath is a welcome addition especially after the kondalilla falls hike. We also ordered the doughnut and the cheese and wine hamper and they are delicious. The place smells nice like a eucalyptus citrus smell.Sadly the temperature is not cold enough yet for us to use the fireplace but having firewood and fire starters ready to go is so convenient.

Oh my gosh, this place is just fabulous. It was just incredible. My partner and I stayed in the tree cabin and it was so cozy, clean and relaxing. The fireplace has all the necessary gear required for you, giving you a sense of comfort and the room is just perfect. I absolutely fell in love with this place and I can’t wait to return! Shout out to the receptionist, she was just the best, went out of her way to give us the best experience and always was so lovely and kind to chat too. I definitely recommend staying here !!!

Beautiful peaceful getaway,very clean and well presented,well equipped unit,ideal for a relaxing time,reading sleeping eating and walking around the resort,listening to the birds and resting by any of the eye catching waterfalls and ponds..The restaurant is beautifully set and matched by delicious food,not to mention a very warm welcome from Lisa at reception who is an absolute credit to the property,very professional and helpful,we're definitely going back 😀 John & Renee

Couldn't say a thing,it's exactly wat u book

We went to the restaurant for lunch prior to our check in, Lisa (I think) found out we were there and organised to bring all our information down to the restaurant, she also organised some wine and nibbles for us. We were then able to check in to our room straight from lunch. The tree house was absolutely beautiful, you could hear the waterfall as you walked in from the car. The room had everything you needed, was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Could not wish for anything more.

From the moment we pulled up to reception we had a lovely experience. Reception is filled with movies and games and some local suppliers wares. The Lodge had a lovely vibe as we walked in had a lovely lamp and some relaxation music playing. The kitchenette was clean and had everything except a bottle opener. All the beds were lovely and soft. Bathroom was clean and full of enough supplies for all of us. We had a swim and sauna and the pool was a lovely temperature for us to be in it while it was raining. We had a fire on both nights of our stay and having a starter kit and firewood available was great.

We couldn’t fault much of anything. Lisa at reception was amazing, friendly and very accommodating with the samples of hot chocolate and extra towels after mishap in bathroom. The on site restaurant had great food, good service and lovely atmosphere. Kondalilla resort offered us a very relaxing two night stay surrounded by the sounds of running creek, birds and wind in the trees. The fire place kept us warm and cosy. We highly recommend this resort and will be returning at a later date.
