Great location about 5 mins walk to the main shops and beach. Seemed very quite and well maintained. The pool was really good and suitably heated (as it was cooler when we stayed). The availability of beach and pool toys was a great addition. It had everything we needed for a reasonable price.

The only issue I can remember was a very strange banging sound above the shower in the ensuite that lasted for hours. We asked about it the next morning only to discover is something weird with the setup that if you have the bathroom light on it causes the noise above the shower in the ensuite. Once that was resolved the rest of our stay was great. My wife didn't like just having sheer curtains in the living area (instead of having blinds or curtains for privacy) but it seemed to be a Queensland thing and a minor/trivial issue.

great facilities & staff were really welcoming with local knowledge and gave us some tips in what to do in the area, facilities in our two bedroom apartment were brilliant we did not have to bring anything with us - The weather was atrocious sideways wind and rain but we were so close to everything it honestly did not bother us as all the great amenities and shopping was so close , across the road is the coles/bws/priceline and bakery close by and the amazing Moom restaurant was just across the road. Weather picked up the second day and the beach is only a 200m walk away with a boardwalk along the beach - perfect location and great facilities , we will be back ! Thank you :)

Everything was great

Our room on the bottom level with courtyard was fantastic to have with a toddler, no worry about climbing on / over railings!! We normally keep balconies closed for that reason so It was great to have an indoor/outdoor space to enjoy. The room, bathrooms and beds were perfectly clean and comfortable. The location is superb; Coles, BWS, beach, large playground, Esplanade walking/riding track and a huge selection of restaurants within 2 mins walk. The pool and spa area isn't as large as it appears on the website but it was separately fenced to the formal courtyard/bbq area which with a toddler, is appreciated! They had a fantastic kids cupboard filled with beach and pool toys. I have a feeling we will be returning to this accommodation, you can't beat the location and price and facilities.

The spa didn't work on the last two days of our stay, although we still enjoyed the warm water.

Location was excellent have stayed before, will stay again. On the whole the place is very clean.

There is a lot of Mould on the windows and blinds. The two TV's in the bedrooms did not have much choice in terms of channels. The tiles in the shower are very slippery. I have noted this with reception as I actually had a fall in the shower this visit. I was OK a little shaken and bruised, but nothing broken. THIS IS AN INSURANCE AND LEGAL PROBLEM FOR YOU IF SOMEONE DOES FALL AND REALLY INJURES THEMSELVES, YOU SHOULD TAKE STEPS NOW BEFORE THIS HAPPENS AGAIN.

Our stay at Coco Mooloolaba was amazing! We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 5 (3yo & 1yo twins) and it exceeded so many of our expectations for our first holiday away! There were so many extra basics in the hotel that I didn't expect, such as full kitchenette with all the necessities just like you'd have at home. The washing machine and dryer were great, so there wasn't a big build up of laundry for when you get home, as well as toiletries (shower gel, lotion, shampoo/conditioner) that were excellent quality! The extra facilities and extra kids toys/equipment for the beach and pool that is on offer to use during the stay was wonderful as we didn't have to cart all of our stuff up and down the lifts. The manager Lauren immediately welcomed us with warmth and friendliness and always acknowledged us when we arrived or left throughout the day. It was extremely close by to local shops, the Mooloolaba esplanade, the beach and restaurants. Walking to multiple places during the day several times never felt like a mission even with 3 small kids given the convenient location and it also offered a more quiet atmosphere of a night rather than the busy & sometimes noisy esplanade just down the road. The washing machine and dryer & full kitchenette that was set out with everything you could possibly need was a great bonus as well as garbage chutes on every level.

We had an amazing stay! The location couldn't have been better – just a short walk to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their local recommendations were spot on. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and the perfect size for our family of four. Everyone loved spending time on the balcony - eating, reading, playing games - enjoying the lovely view. The beds were also so comfortable – a rarity when traveling away from home! Honestly, there was nothing we didn't love about this property. We truly had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it!

Great lpcati9n, walking distance to a bunch of amazing bars and restaurants. Also has a Coles very close, everything you need really. Apartment was a good size and contai.ed everything you need for a lengthy stay,.just bring food and clothing! The weather was cold and raining so unfortunately we didn't use the pool or spa but we were told that the pool is heated which was nice to know. On-site parking allocated to the apartment at no extra cost which was great. Staff were very friendly and very informative of the local hotspots. Would definitely stay at Coco again.

The room we stayed in had 1 large double bed, probably not quite as big as a queen sized bed. We are used to sleeping in a king sized bed at home so that took some getting used to.The pillows and bedding were great but the bed was not the most comfortable we've slept in before but still got a fair night sleep in it. The TV in the bedroom didn't work properly but we didn't bother telling reception as the TV in the lounge area worked fine with all of the streaming services available, you just have to sign in to your own account for them.

First things first the building was very accessible n easy to find , the main interior was very clean and sleek, my favourite part was the outside patio near the pool and the pool itself. My room was beautiful everything was so clean and it was bigger than I thought, the ammenities like the tv were easy to use and worked perfectly. Other than that the staff were absolutely fantastic, I know it’s apart of their job to be friendly but these staff takes the cake, they went above and beyond to make me n my partner feel welcome.

The only issues I had was the bed , while yes it was comfortable, every time I’d move in the bed it would creak n squeak , it wasn’t the worst as I was able to get some sleep but if someone was a light sleeper it may be a little more uncomfortable

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a bit of trouble parking my large SUV in my designated spot without worrying about hitting the car next to me or the pole. The receptionist was very understanding and kindly allowed me to park across two spaces that were available, which made all the difference. The room was perfect for our family, spacious and comfortable. The beds were cozy, though I do wish they were king-size for even more comfort. The location was fantastic, offering a beautiful view of the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider returning!

The room was gorgeous with fantastic views of the ocean. Wonderful location just a 5-minute walk to the beach and shops. The room was spotless, and the beds were comfy. The owners of the property take care of the reception desk, and they were so friendly and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the showers have wonderful water pressure.

The glass doors to the shower have large gaps so it's impossible to keep water from going all over the bathroom floor. A few extra bathmats would be helpful to keep it mopped up. A couple of extra dish towels as well as providing napkins or paper towels would be great.
