Our stay at the Capitolo Riviera Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is fantastic—conveniently close to the train station, making it a breeze to explore the stunning Riviera. The hotel itself is a modern gem, with sleek, beautifully designed architecture and impeccable landscaping that create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. A special shoutout to Simone, who was an absolute star! He organized a boat charter for us, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip—swimming in the crystal waters of Portofino and visiting the breathtaking sunken statue of Jesus of the Abyss was an unforgettable experience. The hotel also impressed us with their attention to detail, even ensuring our electric car was fully charged and ready to go. In an area where finding a high-quality hotel with exceptional service can be challenging, Capitolo Riviera is a true standout. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly, highly recommend this hidden gem.

The hotel is so beautiful designed and the staff members are so incredibly nice and to our dog as well! They upgrated us to a room with a terrace so our dog could go outside and it was just the best thing ever and really made our holiday. Also the location is great because you have everything nearby (train station, the park, walking path along the see etc). The room with airconditioning was really comfortable and I really enjoyed cooling down in the pool since I was heavily pregnant during our stay :) I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this place and hope to be back one day! I miss it already :(

Parking is a little bit expensive.. but it’s worth it because of the (valet) service.

Breakfast was excellent, freshly prepared ingredients. All service was prompt and helpful. The Hotel was in a quiet location and was ideal for all our needs. The 'Capitolo' gave us great access to wherever we wanted to go ... the local train station being a mere 5 minutes from the hotel, along with the seaside promenade and the local shops. As for the staff.....during our stay they were really welcoming and helpful, with NOTHING being too much for them to see to. Although not wanting to single out any one single member of staff, particular thanks and appreciation go to Concierge, Simone, along with Federica Bisiganao, Front Office Manager.

Honestly.....we couldn't fault the Capitolo Riviera !

We had the most wonderful time at the Capitolo Riviera. We came for my birthday and were offered a room upgrade with view of the ocean and a welcome bottle of Prosecco and a little chocolate birthday cake. Every member of their staff was extremely welcoming, courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. Simone, the concierge, and his colleagues at the reception were incredible. Simone went even so far as to settle a parking ticket for us so we did not have to deal with it. The hotel facilities were all beautiful - the gym, the wellness center, the terrace and garden. Breakfast was delicious. We did not have dinner at the hotel so we cannot comment on that but we are quite sure that the food is delicious. The hotel is positioned in a beautiful street of Genoa Nervi and close to the local train station which offers an easy connection to Genoa for a day trip.

We liked everything! The room are not super spacious but large enough to feel comfortable.

A wonderful experience: carefully selected interior design pieces that mixed together create a sense of belonging; a great chef with mouth watering creations; outdoor heated pool; extremely helpful staff. And for once a dog friendly hotel that really welcomes animals rather than “tolerate” them. The location is also great and easy to go back and forth to Genova by train.

Everything was just right

This must be one of my top 3 favourite hotels in the whole world. We loved everything about it: the design, the neighbourhood, the view, the comfortable bed, the pool area, the breakfast. I'd live in this hotel if I could, it's just perfect. Congratulations to the management and the staff.

There are many things that we liked about Capitolo hotel, first one is the amazing and wonderful staff at the hotel, they were very helpful and very professional. It was a great experience, wonderful atmosphere, very nice room, very clean, amazing location

Brand new hotel beautifully designed hotel in super location. Everything was perfect. Lovely swim in the pool. Room was what I would expect of a 5 star hotel. Exemplary customer service from a passionate team who created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere whilst remaining professional. We will be back.

Nothing except. Parking overnight 48 euros which we felt was over the top.

The staff were exceptionally invested in our stay. The hotel owner introduced himself and was very aware of who we were and how we were experiencing the hotel.

The facilities are over the top. The restaurant chef is extremely sophisticated. I think we will hear a lot about him in the future.
