Rooms were nice, and they made room for us when booking.com messed up the reservations. As well they were very busy that week.

We weren't there for work, came down around 8am coffee was gone and most of the food items. Staff replenished it but only after going to reception desk and asking

Friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable bed. Quiet, good location. Great value. We would stay here again.

Carpet in room and hallway needs cleaned. Bathroom sink was slow to drain. Asked for a non smoking room, but room had a strong odor of smoke when we first went in. The smell dissipated once I turned on the AC with the fan.

This motel is a little dated, but actually pretty clean when we were there. (I know there are a lot of bad reviews out there on this topic, but we found it to be pretty decent actually.) We got a nice room for the dogs, and there was a temporary exit that actually worked great for us, as it made the walk to our room easier.

Not the fault of the hotel, but it is near the train tracks and those can be loud on occasion.

The hotel was great the staff were wonderful and there was a Mexican restaurant right next to the hotel so that was good

What I didn't like about the hotel is I feel like they should have had more options for breakfast all they had was muffins danishes applesauce yogurt cereal cups I just feel like there should have been more of a variety for breakfast

Lots of parking spaces, very tranquil surroundings. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and friendly when issues arose both for myself and others.

Didn’t know what time breakfast ended. The outside door didn’t actually close at night time. Anyone could open it. The door to my room wouldn’t close properly unless pushed at the end.

Staff friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and has been recently “ freshened up”

Didn’t realize how many trains run through Cheyenne. Noisy at night Could use some TLC in the hallways, room windows and exterior of building.

We booked a king room through booking .com....within a couple minutes the hotel called to let us know, the king room was filled by a walk in person. They offered us a 2 double room. We really appreciated the heads up, before arrival. It was a comfy room and place to stay. That's what happens when you book online with a third party and someone else walks in.

The staff were friendly. Was very quiet. My family and I had to stay for about 5 days while we waited for our apartment to be available. Was very accommodating. Would stay there again.

Only possible thing. And this is being really nit picky, is that there were no bananas in the complimentary breakfast. But otherwise superb stay as always.

Didn't eat much. Had to get going but it looked lovely.

I would have liked a little granola with my yogurt but that's just a personal choice. Loved the waffle choice.
