Professional courteous staff. Clean hotel (rooms and common areas). Great location. Easy check in. Helpful front office staff and concierge. Front desk were very helpful regarding our luggage delivery from the airline in the middle of the night. Front office staff responded professionally and quickly to our complaint when room next door had a party after 9 pm.Good stay! Will be back.

The property was undergoing a refurbishment but it didn’t impact us at all. The rooms and facilities were very comfortable and warm. It’s located right in the middle of lower Village about 100 metres from the Whistler and Excalibur Gondolas. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Exceeded our expectations

got upgrade to the largest two room suite on the property....ro 633 with my mom, 2 kids and dog. nicest and largest suite I have ever stayed in anywhere in my 47 years. Loved it! Gorgeous. Staff was great but coffee shop service in hotel was TERRIB:E, only let down was that.

Lighting in bathroom felt like an operating room + room decor and features were tired (patched up caulk work and tiles for example).... they definitely need to put the rooms through an update

Jarod, at the front desk, was awesome. Comp'ed our parking and gave us breakfast vouchers because we were celebrating our anniversary. It was greatly appreciated. The room was great, everyone was very helpful.

The buffet breakfast had a lot of options, but the eggs and bacon weren't great.

Facilities exceeded our expectations in their arrangement.

the LOUD music in the eating areas in particular and in the Lobby generally. While eating it was hard to make oneself heard. As a result we had dinner at another hotel restaurant where there was no music and the atmosphere was good.

The staff were super friendly, and the food was good.

You need to manage and supervise the pool facities better. I wanted to vomit after seeing person after person coming in to the pool unshowered, wearing full street clothing and children in diapers in hot tubs meant for adults. Also, we witnessed two men who clearly were not patrons of the hotel (as we saw them later using a locker) that wore their underwear (boxers) in the pool which was so unsanitary and disgusting we got out and left.

The indoor hot tub wasn’t really function that well . Warming water and minimal jets- so basically a public bath- if that’s your thing it was awesome ;)

The hotel was perfectly located to lifts & town. Ski Valet was great service. The hotel room was comfy & warm, the fireplace was special. The kitchen was well equipped & convenient for my family. Breakfast was really nice.

I didn’t like that pets were allowed in all rooms. Pets should only be accepted on designated floors.

The best thing about Hilton whistler is its location. It saves much of your time and energy. Pool and hot tub are the best, after a long tiring day that's what you need. Breakfast buffet was nice. Front desk guys were great on the day we checked in(Aug 20).

Sofa come bed is really bad. TV is outdated.
