The location is excellent, can just walk 5 min to a small shopping center where can find restaurants and super markets. We even just walked to the Dover castle and white cliff (of cause need some time, but acceptable) Even the bathroom is shared, there is a sink can use in the room. It's quiet enough to fall asleep.

Shared kitchen is fine, just the water boiler there is very dirty. Hot water and old water are separate taps, when trying to wash face or hands, its either too hot or too cold.

Having the economy double room with shared bathroom, I appreciated its size, amenities (a sink inside the room, the "kitchen countertop" and the table with two chairs were useful) and location of the shared bathroom (nice, newly refurbished) and kitchenette just next door. The bed was comfortable, location close to a shopping mall and the town centre, and the check-in process was smooth. Really good value for the price, I was positively surprised and happy to stay there.

Poor noise isolation: both noises from the outside (cars driving below windows) and the inside (creaking floors upstairs, doors being shut in the hallway, kitchenette users, etc.) may be an issue for light sleepers. The bed was rather for 1.5 person than a full double bed. And the main kitchen seemed a bit gloomy (though sufficiently equipped), so don't expect it to be a "living room" to hang out.

No Breakfast but kitchenette was quite up to dealing with my requirements. Well stocked with crockery, cutlery and other items to cook if you wish to.

Personally at 82 yrs of age I would have preferred a room on a lower floor rather than 3 floors up, but in future I would try to book specific floor and pay more than the amount I paid which was a budget room.

A clean fully equipped room and shared premises (bathroom, kitchen) 5 mins walk to center and Dover Priory. The key is easily accessible if you follow the guide that is sent to you before your arrival. We had a tiny hitch upon our arrival (I couldn't see the safe code), but the host replied my phone call right away. We enjoyed our stay.

No problem for us, but just in case - the bathroom doesn't have any toiletries.

You can’t get more central than here. Great access to the cathedral and you can wander the grounds before the tourists arrive. Staff were nice especially the restaurant staff. Very accommodating and pleasant. And the breakfast is very good; they probably give too much to eat.

It can be noisy with the other guests.ask for a room away from the meeting rooms. I was right across from it and my window was over the entrance. So lots of noise.

Clean and comfy room, easy to check in to the property, and well located for visiting Dover or as a stop on route to the ferries. The price is also very reasonable compared to other nearby accommodation (although there is a hidden cleaning fee).

There is not a lot of noise insulation so you can easily hear people in the stairwell and other rooms, it wasn't too busy during my stay so not a massive problem but would've been if there was a full house.

Normally i don't write reviews but this stay was excellent. It is without a reception so only book this if you have a brain and can communicate via phone or tablet ect. That being said the communication on their end was splendid. Everything was clear and we were even allowed to park 2 bikes.

Very comfy bed and great location from the port and pretty close to the train station. Very grateful for the secure bicycle storage in the opposite building as well.

Could do with a fresh lick of paint outside. You could be a little deterred to enter when you first reach the place.

We had a room at the back of the house which was lovely and quiet overlooking the garden. All 3 shower rooms were clean with plenty of loo roll and hand towels. The wifi was strong too! There is no parking, but we found free street parking around the corner. The location was central too, 5 min walk from town, I recommend!

The metal bed frame was very squeaky and loud everytime we turned over which woke us up. Maybe a wooden bed frame would be better for added comfort.

The room is spacious and clean. Common bathroom and kitchen was clean. I was hesitant about sharing bathroom, but to our surprise every floor has bathroom so, no need to share with lots of people. The highlight of the trip was to get to see night view of castle from our window. Over all amazing room and facilities.
