Great value accommodation. Large, comfortable private bedroom (with key) with handy small sink. Shower rooms and kitchens on separate floors (I had a ground floor bedroom) were basic but clean. No hospitality tray in the bedroom even though one is shown in several of the photos, so you have to use the kitchens, but complimentary tea/coffee/sugar is provided. Property is generally in good repair and very clean, and the bedroom was nicely presented. Wifi was reliable. Short walk from the train station.

Getting into the property upon arriving was a hassle. Booking.com gave me a code for the key lock box when I first booked, but I think it must have been an old one. The host sends you the code after you've checked in online. Took me three attempts to check in - you have to scan photo ID amongst other things, and I had to start again when I lost signal. I recommend checking your email and checking in before you set off! Also, the guttering needs repairing - I was woken up by loud splashing directly outside my window every time it rained.

It's a nice place. Everything is within a 10-15 minute walk: pedestrian streets, cafes, and supermarkets. There are shared amenities such as a shower, kitchen, and washing machine. The place is clean, with fresh linen and a small courtyard where you can sit and have a barbecue.The heating is not turned on separately in the room, but we asked to turn it on and the owner responded to our request. Thank you!

If the neighbors are very active, you can hear them walking upstairs.

The location is excellent, can just walk 5 min to a small shopping center where can find restaurants and super markets. We even just walked to the Dover castle and white cliff (of cause need some time, but acceptable) Even the bathroom is shared, there is a sink can use in the room. It's quiet enough to fall asleep.

Shared kitchen is fine, just the water boiler there is very dirty. Hot water and old water are separate taps, when trying to wash face or hands, its either too hot or too cold.

Having the economy double room with shared bathroom, I appreciated its size, amenities (a sink inside the room, the "kitchen countertop" and the table with two chairs were useful) and location of the shared bathroom (nice, newly refurbished) and kitchenette just next door. The bed was comfortable, location close to a shopping mall and the town centre, and the check-in process was smooth. Really good value for the price, I was positively surprised and happy to stay there.

Poor noise isolation: both noises from the outside (cars driving below windows) and the inside (creaking floors upstairs, doors being shut in the hallway, kitchenette users, etc.) may be an issue for light sleepers. The bed was rather for 1.5 person than a full double bed. And the main kitchen seemed a bit gloomy (though sufficiently equipped), so don't expect it to be a "living room" to hang out.

Easy access to building/room, check in process was very simple - keycode given to you beforehand, no need to fumble for keys for the front door. good location very central, everything I needed was few minutes walking distance (except the cliffs and castle of course), great TV screen size

No toiletries included, no handwash/soap - sorry if I had known I would have packed my own!

Good location, walking distance to the Castle, shops, restaurants. The room itself was clean and mostly comfortable. Kitchen also seemed well equipped even though I only used the fridge and microwave.

The fact the toilet and shower are in the same room as the bed (without a wall/door separating them) is kind of weird. I wish they offered liquid hand soap as well.

No Breakfast but kitchenette was quite up to dealing with my requirements. Well stocked with crockery, cutlery and other items to cook if you wish to.

Personally at 82 yrs of age I would have preferred a room on a lower floor rather than 3 floors up, but in future I would try to book specific floor and pay more than the amount I paid which was a budget room.

A clean fully equipped room and shared premises (bathroom, kitchen) 5 mins walk to center and Dover Priory. The key is easily accessible if you follow the guide that is sent to you before your arrival. We had a tiny hitch upon our arrival (I couldn't see the safe code), but the host replied my phone call right away. We enjoyed our stay.

No problem for us, but just in case - the bathroom doesn't have any toiletries.

The room was big, bright and airy. Lovely views of Dover castle. Kitchen was clean and had plenty of equipment to cook with. Bathroom clean and shower, had good pressure and was nice and hot. Great location. Within walking to bus and train, local attractions and supermarkets.

I was happy with everything.

You can’t get more central than here. Great access to the cathedral and you can wander the grounds before the tourists arrive. Staff were nice especially the restaurant staff. Very accommodating and pleasant. And the breakfast is very good; they probably give too much to eat.

It can be noisy with the other guests.ask for a room away from the meeting rooms. I was right across from it and my window was over the entrance. So lots of noise.
