Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice modern and comfortable surroundings

When we arrrived for breakfast at 9.45am most of the tables had not been cleaned and were still full of breakfast plates. I am used to being greeted at the breakfast lounge and taken to a table and having it prepared with cutlery. This did not happen. We were left to find a clean table then search for cutlery. A lot of the food offerings had run out and were not replenished. The food I did have was nice however. The experience was the same on the second morning. The single bed nearest the window in room 304 squeaks/creaks.

The location was great because we needed a hotel closer to Palau Sant Jordi. From the city centre its quite far. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, the room was comfortable as well but looked a bit cold and grey (just a personal preference). Staff was always ready to help. Lovely non-scary elevator :)

A bit far from city centre, the room could be cozier, the view around is great but would be better if window was clean. Nonetheless it was comfortable and staff was great.

Very clean, well-managed and comfortable as you'd expect. We stayed four nights and enjoyed clean rooms every day, a decent breakfast and friendly staff. I want to thank the one man at the reception for advising us on how to get the best train route to the F1 track. His advice was far better than my phone. The room service was also good and very easy to order.

Not the best soundproofing windows from outside and it's also quite far from the center, but I have no complaints over the hotel itself!

The room was spacious and everything was tidy and clean. Bedding was perfectly comfortable. And most of all breakfast was amazingly delicious. The hotel was a bit far from the city center, but you can reach the city center within 20 minutes by taxi. The hotel was near a large shopping mall where you can find many quality restaurants and shops.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the continental breakfast delicious with a wide variety of food on offer. Staff were friendly and helped with any questions we had. This hotel is located very close to a shopping centre we made use of twice and also close to public transport facilities like the metro and bus.

Location was perfect. It was close to a very nice shopping center and also the bus station was reachable. The view of the room was very nice and the staff were very helpful.

There was no slippers in the room. There was a mild damp smell in the bathroom. Both my children were bitten by insects!

Close to the airport, lots of restaurants, great service, nice rooms. We stayed for one night before a early morning flight and bought some food from the hotel. Alfonso, who served us the food and took our orders, was very kind and helpful. The great service from the people there, especially Alfonso made the stay much more enjoyable.

Excellent check in with very helpful lady manager. Decent clean room with substantial breakfast and helpful friendly staff. Close to airport with taxi rank outside and decent bars and shops locally - late night bar in hotel..

Rooms aren’t huge but ideally placed for concerts Checkout was a bit frosty (different staff)

Everything was perfect. The service, the rooms brand new with comfortable beds. They have a coffee machine at the entrance for everyone and also bring some snacks from breakfast for everyone to enjoy sitting at the lobby.

There is nothing i didn't like as everything was perfect but would have been good if it had sleepers

The Hotel is very new. The location is good, close to bus stations and a big shopping mall.Mostly impressive is that the girls at the reception are very warm and helpful. I will definitely recommend it.
