The location of the Imperial Guest House is excellent, just a short walk to downtown Hounslow and public transport connections. There is also an excellent car park to use should you be driving. The room was small but absolutely immaculate and very comfortable. The shared bathroom, that I used was also beautifully clean, spacious and everything worked as expected.

It is hard to find fault with this hotel. It offered everything I had hoped for at the price point I was wanting to pay. Perhaps the overhead plane noise started a little early, but that is not something the hotel can do anything to change.

Location close to Hounslow central underground station so easy to travel to Heathrow airport. Staff provided us with excellent restaurant suggestion to have meal late evening. We're able to leave bags at hotel for a few hours and look around Hounslow before going to Heathrow for evening flight.

Could hear some planes in evening but that is to be expected being close to the airport. Wasn't an issue in the morning.

On a pretty street, with really nice people on the staff, who are there around the clock. Very clean rooms, though small. Hot water and quiet nights were all we needed after sightseeing in London during the day. The neighborhood was peaceful and the place is just 5-6 minutes away from the metro station, really easy to find, plus close to the Heathrow airport, if you have an early fly out. A couple of streets south we found pubs where we had breakfast in the mornings and enjoyed a pint in the evenings, before going to bed. Mini markets open from morning til' night, just outside the metro station.

Was a lovely modern guest house, and spotlessly clean, which we liked. We went to a match at Twickenham, and it was about a 15 minute drive (by cab) The guest house had a lovely sun room which you could sit in, and apparently you could get hot drinks. The room had hot drinks facilities too. The room was small but very well organised and we had plenty of room, also it was only £80 which we thought good for London.

My only negative comment was that the duvets needed replacing ( room 304) They were very clean, warm and tidy, the problem was that the filling inside was all clumped up making the filling patchy.

This is a comfortable and clean place to stay (our second time here). We booked ‘deluxe’ rooms this time, and they seemed to be a bit bigger than the standard rooms. Plus, very friendly and professional staff. One of the rooms we’d booked was on the ground floor next to reception, but despite this it was in fact very quiet. I’m sure we’d return if we had reason to travel to this area again.

I think the room rates for the date we were there was a little steep, especially as breakfast is not included (though there are many nearby options).

Room was small but clean and more than adequate, the staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was not en-suite and a short distance away I knew this on booking it was good quality and clean. For an overnight stay it was very good, the accommodation was a short distance from the tube station and from Hounslow town centre located on a relatively quiet side road. It is in a very good location for using Heathrow Airport.

The bathroom was across some steps from the room but not really an issue. If staying longer the room was smallish but this is London.

Absolutely loved how clean the property was, it was very close to the tube and other amenities, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and I can’t tell you how clean and tidy the rooms were, the entrance and it has a lovely conservatory at the back of the property also…

Some of the rooms are very small but it does have everything you need for a comfortable nights stay , could do with air con has there was only a small fan in the room and it was so hot in there you definitely need some cold air flowing around the room.

Friendly staff, amazing helpful with checkin times and extending our parking well in to the next day so we could attend an event. Clean rooms and kindly not angry when we were 20 minutes over checkout.

Obviously A/C would be excellent in these summer months. In one room our oscillating fan was excellent - in the other room the fan supplied here was not fit for purpose. Obviously there is street noise (our rooms were the road side) and lots of air traffic noise … but this was to be expected and we were expecting this.

This guest house is perfect for a 1 night or 2 night stay. It is close to Heathrow airport and also the tube station is a couple of minute walk to get to. From there london is around 45 minutes on it. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfy. There was a fridge plus tea and coffee making facilities. There is a patio at the back which looked nice. The staff were so friendly. Definitely will come again. The car park waduxwgood size on site and free.

The noise from the airplanes coming in on approach from 4.30am may be a minus point for some, but I like planes so for me it was fine.

The location was great. Only a short walk to the Hounslow Central station and bus lines, about 15 minutes to Heathrow and 40 minutes by Underground to central London. Close to convenient stores and restaurants. Well lit at night when coming back late. There was private parking in back and the WiFi was decent and free. Small refrigerator in the room with coffee and tea maker, and a small kitchenette by the reception with microwave and other items for sale. There is A small flat screen TV with lots of channels though we didn’t watch TV on it much. We had the double and it had a private bath and shower room with all the amenities. No need to bring soap or shampoo. They provided a fan to keep the room cool for summer and had radiators for heating. There was a hair dryer, plenty of outlets and usb ports for direct charging of your phones, etc. the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating, they would go above and beyond and beyond to meet your needs. We had a wonderful experience there. Our room was directly across the hall from the reception area and close to the airport so I was afraid there would be a lot of noise but that was not the case. Our first night, we had difficulty sleeping comfortably because the mattress was old and sagging especially on my side. I woke up with a terrible backache. I decided to tell the staff and when returned from day out, we found they had given us a better mattress. I thanked the gentleman at the desk and he. Told me they had ordered a new mattress since the other one was so old. I didn’t expect to find the new mattress already in our room that night. They truly cared about our comfort. Wonderfully done!

The rooms are very tiny but that was about it. It is an old Victorian style building so that is to be expected.
