it was close to the centre and restaurants, shops. property was nice. it had the washing machine but it didn’t have iron. swimming pool was nice.

From a warm welcome to an easy checkout absolutely can not fault the staff for their hospitality during our stay. I actually extended my stay because of how accessible and easy it was to be at the apartments. The pool was perfect for me and my children to enjoy and its actually a heated pool. Taksim square was literally a 10 minute walk uphill, which was exhausting but definitely not for those with accessible needs as most of istanbul is like that. Taxis reguraly pass by and to taksim is normally around 80-100tl for a 3 -5 minutes journey which is not bad at all. There is a local shop and restaurant opposite the apartments too which was very convenient and open till 2am. The building is secure and has great accessibility itself. The rooms spacious and layout of the flat was quite modern and apt for everything you need for your stay. Tram is at the top of the street 5-7 minutes uphill.

I was sceptical about cleaning as it is a self catered apartment they do not come to do that for you. So had to buy my own cleaning products and necessities but having said that, it is what you expect.

Was very spacious, had all the facilities we needed. Staff were always available no matter the time. Location is amazing, just 5 mins walk to Taksim square but on abit of a hill.

Everything was great except there was no cleaning for the rooms we washed the sheets and towels ourselves.

The breakfast is not buffet type so I strongly suggest to book the apartment without breakfast. Uphill walk towards Taksim square, maybe difficult for elderly but manageable. No tea/ coffee condiments or mugs available so bring your own.

I loved our apartment. It was perfect for me and my family of 2 adults and 3 kids. We had our own rooms and a nice sized living room with an open plan kitchen area and a nice balcony. Had a really nice size shower and another separate toilet which was perfect for the size of my family. Having the facilities downstairs of the swimming pool etc was a bonus. I would stay here again. Outside is hilly but we were fine and tbh the whole area has hills. We enjoyed our stay here. Especially with the help of Ridwan who was exceptional. He worked for the building security side but took such good care of us. He was exceptional. Bonus was to have breakfast aswell as many of the apartment options we looked at didn't have that option. This was so good for us.

The Classy Suite exceeded our expectations, especially since we had some fairs after reading comments and reviews from previous visitors about poor WIFI, cleanliness, etc, ... We found it very satisfying, the WIFI worked for us fine and smoothly with no issues, our booked apartment was big enough, and the staff were very friendly and ready to assist with any question or concern. The location is good and far about 15-20 minutes from Taksim Square and Taksim Street, it would be a little tiring/challenging to go there walking with little kids but it's endurable. The only major minus I would say is that they don't clean the apartments on a daily basis but only on request (requests should be made at the morning for the same day) and they don't clean the apartment thoroughly.

we did not have breakfast . we had a apartment and cooked ourself. location is good. 15 mins to Taksim Square and Istiklal street. Hotel staff were very good and friendly, especially Ridwan the manager. 2x Local food markets are just outside the hotel and we got all our groceries from there. they are open all night

5 min walk up the hill to get to main road, but then again everywhere in Istanbul is hilly
