Everything was clean and cute. Room could be also cleaned daily. The breakfast was amazing with several options available. Great location in between the Main Street and an embankment. The inner garden was just amazing!

If you pay in LAK, the hotel applies a rather unrealistic rate of 23,000 Kip per one USD. Make sure you either prepare USD or pay with credit card.

Please please don't book transport with this hotel!! Genuinely a near death experience driving to Nong Khiaw. I booked with the transport company recommended by the hotel, the 40min late pick up, crowded old van and rude staff was nothing compared to the driver. He nearly toppled the van on multiple occasions veering around lorries and motorbikes when he should never have tried passing. He was on his phone incessantly. At one point we went around a corner the wrong side of a road and missed a lorry by a few cm. At that point people shouted at the driver. I can recommend the hotel but please don't book the transport, it's too dangerous!! Find a responsible driver.

Possibly the best shower imaginable. Great pressure, easy temperature setting and a choice of rain shower or handheld. Loads of built in storage in quality wooden bed, side tables, desk etc. Great location in the middle of town and near the confluence of all 3 rivers. Tried to extend our stay, but they were fully booked. Not surprised that this is a sought after property. Would book again.

The smell of sewage from the bathroom is unpleasant (room 101) so ypu have to keep the toilit lid down to get rid of the smell. Also room 101 backs onto the reception and tbe stairs so you can hear anyone who comes in, nobodies fault that I am a light sleeper.

found it strange that man at reception made us give him our key EVERY time we left (even if it was to go 2 minutes up the road to collect our laundry), made it annoying if he wasn’t there when we got back and we wanted to go to our room. Also, while it was nice to have a balcony, you couldn’t really sit on it as was too small

I only stayed one night at Pakhongthomg Villa, and it was comfortable. The room was good and a simple breakfast was served. The location was excellent; within walking distance of restaurants and sights. The alms ceremony goes right passed the villa. The staff were outstanding; friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Great location!! Lovely spacious comfortable clean rooms. Equipped with kettle, fridge ,toiletries etc. Helpful & kind staff.our room had a small balcony.in the mornings we were able to watch the alms ceremony right from our balcony.everything was perfect.thanks we enjoyed our stay😁

Really well located, spacious bedroom, comfortable, very clean, secure, decent breakfast of fresh fruit and eggs, and helpful friendly staff who gave me tips and sorted my bus onwards.

Coffee at breakfast was just brown water but this is a minor point! I would happily stay again.

- Staff were helpful and the evening staff particularly welcoming and kind. - Good size rooms and a great location which is quiet and pretty and close to the town. - Rooms have windows which were nice overall a good experience

we stayed in two different rooms and preferred the second room on the upper floor - the bathroom seemed in better condition.

Great location, especially the rooms to the front (205 and 206) have balcony overlooking the very quiet street. Simple breakfast to start the day. Staff helped with booking ongoing travels.
