The front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was phenomenal.

The toilet in my room spontaneously erupted in my room. Bubbling noise and spewing for no reason in the middle of the night. I had to close the lid.

A great hotel with a perfect location in Luang Prabang, right by the morning and night markets - but on a quiet side-street so you can avoid the noise. Our room (twin) was extremely spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

There didn't seem to be a breakfast option - however free tea/coffee and bananas were available at reception, and there were many options for food in the local area.

The staff are really kind and had gone above and beyond with requests we had - filling water, offering kitchenware, changing out light bulbs that seemed dim, and so on. The family rooms we booked were exactly what we needed. Excellent location and very quiet at night. Clean, quaint, and well maintained with a classic modern Asian feel (the units we stayed in were solid wood!)

A fair warning that if you want absolute peace and quiet in the mornings, you will instead hear the roosters and mopeds around the property of the family rooms (secondary house, pictured here). But honestly it’s a prime spot with the morning and night market and Nam Khong nearby outshine any negatives I have to share.

Everything! This is such a beautiful and cozy hotel. The owner and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and abundant. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and interesting spots in the city. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel offers coffee and tea all day at the lobby. We had a lovely experience and would definitely come back in the future.

It is wonderfully located in a quiet lane but very close to the Mekong, morning markets, night markets and major attractions. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfasts were healthy and delicious. The staff were very helpful in arranging transport to attractions outside of Luang Prabang.

Mike has always been helpful responding to out questions and everything we needed during our stay. He also came to pick us up at the Airport for a Fair fee. We had the lovely family room with balcony. Thank you very much

The staff was wonderful. The owner was absolutely incredible- we needed to go to hospital late at night and the front desk staff tried to get us a ride but none were available so the owner drove us himself. We are so grateful. We also liked the location, comfortable stay.

Friendly staff, helped us organise the train to Vang Vieng. Nice breakfast. Room was big and clean. Comfortable beds. Good location a street away from the Mekong. No kettle in the room but free tea and coffee in reception.

The street of it can get quite smelly... obviously not the hotels fault. Only thing we could complain about.
