The rooms were big, and there were a lot of pools, all of which were clean. Had a bar at the pool, awesome cocktails. The staff is nice. There are a lot of parking spaces, and the room has a nice view. It's good both for couples and families.

Brrakfast very poor choice especially for sweets, Juice from machine terrible. This hotel working fine during weekends in ocotber. I was monday also brrakfast was not as swedis table because probably not enough guests, ther bring us plate with thei assortmenet of food. Also in monday spa is working but they should everything make ready at 09:00, not on 10:30...despite the fact monday has only few guests...

It was nice over all.

In the first room the toilet was not clean there was still a poop from the guys before us.

The swimming pool with the mineral water, the room was fine.

The noise! All day and all night there was music from the upper (gypsy) neighborhood! It’s not something the place can make about but it’s worth the try!

The hotel needs renovation: the room had missing lamps, there were no hangers, on the walls in the bathroom it appeared that old hangers had been broken or dismantled. It is not cleaned well - in the bathroom there were mold stains in many places, garbage under the beds, large spider webs on the windows. Towels and bathrobes are very old - see through and have big holes. The steam room was not working. Some of the time the hydro valves in the pools were not working. The facing of the pools is crumbling. It is not monitored how they are used by children and thus disturbs the relaxation of the customers. We were not accommodated in the room we booked - there should have been a bathtub and a clothes dryer but there wasn't. The breakfast is not good - instant coffee from a machine, they put some kind of sausage in the omelet without thinking that there are people who don't eat sausages. The price does not correspond to the proposed level. The conditions do not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the city center. Carts pass along the street, as well as the railway line in the immediate vicinity, and after it a neighborhood with houses from which loud music is constantly heard.

I don’t like the fact that was cold in the apartment. The hotel has local heating, which was lit in the morning from 09:00 to 11:00 and in the evening at 20: 00/21: 00 until midnight which is extremely insufficient at the period of winter (keep in mind that you are at the middle of the mountains) and for me and my personal standards was cold, also one more thing that personally I don’t like was the fact that not all utensils and equipment in the restaurant were clean enough

They tried to give a different room to my family at first, wifi is not good at outdoor.

The property has a very beautiful view and the staff was very helpful.

I didn’t like that the room was not clean (for example the mattress had many yellow stains) and the furniture needs to be renovated- not enough light, there were many lamps but with small amount of light and also 2 of them were broken. The bathroom also needs renovation especially the bath tub.
