I loved the location and the fact that unlike many other hotels in the area, this one wasn't noisy at all but still in close proximity to the entertainment area. I specifically looked for a place that was quiet as we have a 10 month old and we were not disappointed! The staff was very attentive and attended to all requests promptly. We had the classic suite which I absolutely loved as it was very spacious, with lots of storage and a separate sink where the minibar area is. This was very helpful to us as we didn't have to wash baby bottles in the bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! They cater for both locals and foreigners. I loved the soups offered for breakfast on the weekends, it felt great after a night out!

The hotel is an older hotel which would benefit from renovations. For example my dad struggled getting into the shower as you have to lift your legs quite high to do so, the water tap is also located at the bottom which can be difficult for a person with mobility issues.

Wahou, What a gem ! We are SO GRATEFUL, we found this hotel last minute. There is sooooo many great thing about this hotel. This hotel provide a hight quality service from the booking to the check out. Large room, king size bed.. and most importantly for us - QUIET! It’s not easy to find a place with good sound proofing in Poblablo (we know we left our first hotel) A real buffet breakfast with made to order egg, large selection of sweet and savoury treat, juices. Supportive and professional team - and fluent in English !

The place is beautiful, peaceful and calm, with lots of open space and an internal patio. The location, on a tree-lined street next to a river, is unbeatable. It's within walking distance to dozens of quality restaurants and all kinds of shops and nightlife.

The music was terrible and loud. At the restaurant, disco-type extremely loud repetitive salsa music was playing all the time. At 6:00 am in the breakfast hall, hip-hop and techno music came with omelets and tortillas. I asked for the music to be tuned down, but they hardly lowered it a few decibels. Given the mostly older guests roster, the only ones enjoying this music were the young employees. For a place that sells itself as a quiet hamlet in an otherwise bustling city, this was truly irksome and it took away all the peace one would expect from an otherwise wonderful hotel.

breakfast is probably thier weakest link.. very simple, basic, etc,(almost bland at times, so thank God for Starbucks nearbye) but they do try to cover all the basics for breakfast.. the hotel has alot of dark mahogany business style decor, always clean and neat, pretty helpful staff below.. the restaurant has some good options to be fair, but not enough to keep me there every day and night.. but, many of the dishes are cooked very well with many different (ethnic) options available to everyone..the wait staff in the restaurant can either be on spot if you are the only one in the restaurant, or be prepared for waiting for things that you may need during your stay in the restaurant if there is more than 3-4 tables at the same time.. it is not the chef as much as it is the staff seemingly going brain dead..There are sooooo many toursits there that prefer good service aswe get in the states, so the expectation is high, and the staff just may not be trained appropriately..the hotel is not in my fav. part of poblado, but a short walk (5 minutes) to the main streets that give alot more options(especially at night), and of course a taxi ride is always inexpensive when in medellin..no pool, not much of a gym, so it has some limitations, but otherwse clean orderly, and pleasant..one elevator per tower, but for some reason, even when fully booked, that does not seem to be a long wait to get elevator service. the ladies for check in are always super kind and professional, and Alejandro the bell hop speak fluent English and makes everything you need as a tourist easier to achieve

again,.. probably the super boring breakfast, untrained wait staff in the restaurant,, not much else to say on this matter

We have travelled to Medellin in the past but this was our first stay at Hotel Park 10. It certainly won't be our last. The location was great. Just a short walk to the entertainment district but away from the late night noise. The hotel has wonderful staff, a great free breakfast (even an omelet station) and beautiful places to eat or relax, inside and out. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing to dislike about this place.

The room was very spacious and comfortable and the staff were phenomenal. The restaurant was also very good. The minibar was well stocked and I felt the prices were very appropriate. There was also a gym with everything one needs. The staff also allowed me to practice Spanish. They all speak English very well, but were nice to allow me to practice and only used English when I was something I was not understanding. I appreciated this because so often at hotels, staff will only speak English since it is "easier."

I didn't understand why the toilet was essentially next to the bed considering how large the room is.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It still holds much of its former glory as a 5-star hotel. The service was excellent, the breakfast included was delicious. We only used the laundry service which was excellent and the front desk staff was always attentive to our needs.

It lacks some upkeep. When we were here 13 years ago there was beautiful jewelry on display in the cases of the hotel on the ground level. This time they were empty and looked abandoned. They had replaced the toilet seat in the room with cheap plastic seats. The tub had some damage and should be repaired. The closet was inside the bathroom which we found weird. The classic furniture looked old but remained functional.

It was located close to restaurants and there was a supermarket across the street. The desk staff was helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately there was no pool, and no iron or board in the room. I happened to have caught the flu and there were no tissues in the room, kind of cheap for such a decent hotel, however when I mentioned it,I was quickly given a few travel sized packets.

Amazing location. Quiet yet close to the action. Great facilities, spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds, great shower, probably the best hotel breakfast ever. They had everything. Awesome restaurant. Friendly staff, some speak great English. Great A/C, good wifi, well equipped rooms. We had a suite, 2 king beds. Couldn't ask for more.
