I loved everything about the hotel, it was a clean hotel room not in a crazy area super quiet. Room service knocked basically everyday any help you needed everyone was always so helpful. There were these 3 workers in specific that were always so helpful I wish I could remember all there name I think it was James, Janisha I think that was her name and another guy his name also started with a J and he was bald is all I remember. but all the staff were great loved my stay here definitely recommend if you are here to visit for someone graduating basic training or AIT as it is so close to base!

The property was clean and very easy to get to. We were there for our son Basic training graduation. Upon our arrival, even though we were early, the staff informed us that they were getting all the rooms ready and as soon as it was ready we could go up. Well it was ready in less than the time that was given. All the staff were very friendly and polite. The guy James was very nice even told us so good place to get some good food while we were there. I think of the young,white guy (with Roll Tide hat on) but he was also extremely nice and friendly. Thanks for everything ❤️

Beautiful place and lovely ppl very friendly. But my favorite was (JAMES HOUSE) he went out of his way to help us out w any issues I had. He wanted to make sure we had a good time and stay. And to all the customers... I want to thank him again. We are from SC and if I ever come back this is the place I would come back too. The rooms are clean 🫧 beds are so comfortable. It's ok for breakfast the only thing that is warm is the mini pancakes 🥞.

Well we wasn't notified by the website about a $50 deposit on the room so I wasn't happy with that. The breakfast I wish y'all had more hot items on the list for breakfast. I can't eat pancakes for breakfast cause if I put anything sweet on an empty stomach then I'll get sick

The staff was extremely helpful, Josh,Treasure, Angelica,Phoenix, James, Missy, and Eirca were the best. Josh told me about a lot of things to do with my boys. Angelica was a delightful person to talk to at night, Treasure housekeeping crew was awesome they made sure I had what I needed for the weekend. I give this hotel 10 rating. Phoenix was the best manager I've ever meet. James helped me load my things on the last day i was there. I won't never forget the kindness all of them showed me and my boys. Thumbs up to the whole crewI would recommend this hotel to all my friends. Can't wait till December to see all my new friends again.

They absolute best staff I have ever encountered!!!! Even though we were only there 2 nights they made us feel like family, and right at home!!! Shout out to James, guy at they desk - he addressed us by name every time we came or went, even when our son was able to come up from FT Moore... It meant a lot! All of the ladies were so friendly also Trea'sure and others fused over our puppy!!! James even thanked his coworkers for their hard work!!! Outstanding!!!! We will be back, not sure when... But they got us for sure!!!! Thanks everyone!!!

No sugar free soda in vending machine... But gas station was close!

Breakfast provided was good. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Staff was very helpful checking in and out, and answered any questions I had. One staff member was very helpful checking in and willing to help another time I had a question, his name is James. All staff was helpful though. I remembered his name and James stood out a little more.

No place is perfect, or totally clean. I did notice a couple hairs in the bathroom though. Whether they were from the individual cleaning or missed after cleaning, just fyi. Like I said, no place is perfectly cleaned, things can be missed. Overall, everything was very clean and comfortable.

I liked the comfort of the beds. The front desk service was great and they were very friendly. They were accommodating to everything we needed and we became very close with the man and women at the front desk in a very short time.

There were very view things we disliked, the breakfast was nice because it was complementary but it was advertised for 6:00am and when it was around that time, there was not many options even when they were displayed to be. The beds were also not made while the room was not occupied, though we did get fresh towels and our trashes emptied.

I arrived at 10pm to check in, the 2 employees that attended my check in were extremely welcoming, very helpful and excellent service. Every employee that i came across were polite, always willing to help if you needed anything. I was there for my son's graduating from Army base at Fort Moore. Hotel was a convenience for my needs to get to and from everything I needed to do while there. Definitely will recommend this hotel to friends. I would like to thank everyone for the wonderful hospitality they gave me while my staying at the hotel. Be Bless always.
