Beautiful hotel, walking distance from Kannai Station. The bed was advertised as a queen but actually was a king. Bathroom was very nice and well equipped with toiletries. The Japanese toilet was fun-gotta love them! Breakfast was very good with a lot of selections including western type foods. Did not try the onsen. TV was equipped with technology that allowed mirroring and casting which made watching English shows easy. There were English news programs available. Easy walk to Red Brick Warehouse, Cup Noodles museum and the mall.

Pillows were quite hard. Sunrise in Japan in June is around 4:30 am and despite blackout shades the room was bright. This was a corner unit.

The property is walking distance to Kannai train station and the metro, as well as bus routes that run past Yokohama Stadium. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and allowed us to check in early when our room was ready. The property was clean, warm, comfortable, and spacious for a hotel in Japan. We loved the public sento. It was meticulously clean and there was lots of room.

The immediate area surrounding the property is a little quiet with not a lot happening. You need to walk at least 10 minutes to reach areas of interest. The property was a little pricey. In fact, it was the most expensive place we stayed in Japan. That said, it was far more spacious than other properties, so it did represent relatively good value for money.

This is the second time I've stayed here with my family. The first time, the room smelled nice with air freshener. The second time, it didn't smell good. The first time, my 5-year-old child didn't get slippers, a handkerchief, or a toothbrush. But the second time, they did.

This was the very first hotel we check in upon reaching Japan, and it was such a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, comfy bads, clean, and location is close to amenities and the station but not too close that it was peaceful and away from crowds. Breakfast buffet had a good mix of western and Japenese. Although the spread wasn't as wide as other hotels, the quality of the food was fresh and tasty. It raised our expectations for our stay in Japan but nothing came close in comparison after. Definitely our family's favourite, we'll definitely make another booking if we ever do visit Yokohama again.

Hotel Is relatively new and is a short walking distance from Kannai station . Nearby at least 4 combinis, 1 mac, 1 Mos burger ,cafe,cheesecake shop and various eateries. Coin operated washer with separate dryer available. Microwave available. Generous amenities ( even have soup and wet tissue!) at very floor! Staffs are very friendly. We stayed at the wide four room and the Room is super clean. Toilet are very spacious. Free use of onsen, sauna and delicious drinks like yuzu/ lemon .

Dustbin in the toilet is too tiny.

It is a fantastic hotel. The room was very large, clean and the equipment was recent and in good condition. We really felt good in this hotel and the public bath open for hotel guests was a nice perk. Also: we were warned by a special message at reservation that there could be noise from the street. This is very nice because if we thought it would bother us, we had still plenty of time to book somewhere else. For your information: we did not hear any noise from the street...

Only one detail: the noise from inside the hotel is not blocked very well (people talking in the corridor, elevator engine, etc.). It means you should wear earplugs if you like a very quiet night. But it is a minor issue and I would certainly use this hotel again.

This was one of the best places I stayed at during my 3 weeks in Japan and definitely the best value. As other people have said, it’s a new property, so everything is in great condition, but the decor is also very tasteful. Breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, great shower, the public bath (which also had a sauna) was a nice bonus, and the service was good. Good location, about a 10-15 minute walk from the seafront and 5 minutes from the Isezaki Mall, which has tons of restaurants, stores, etc.

No complaints (my room was on the small side, but that’s what I paid for— I assume I could’ve gotten a larger room if I wanted to pay more).

The property is located around 5 minutes from Kannai station and in a very walkable location to such sites as Yokohama Stadium and Chinatown. The room is quite large, very clean and beautifully designed. In addition to a nice selection of teas, there are also different flavors of instant soup packets to choose from which was a nice surprise. I do love the pajama set versus using a yukata. The public bath was very nice.

I feel the buffet breakfast could use improvement in the variety of offerings.

Loved this hotel, and I would stay here again. Very clean, nice-sized room and helpful staff. Brilliant value for money in a great location. A few minutes walk to Kannai station which will get you everywhere you need to go. And if you don't mind walking around, it's around a 20-30 minute walk to Yokohama Chinatown and Minatomomiri Area respectively. My onward journey wasn't until late evening after checkout and they very kindly stored my luggage with no charge.

Very minor but it would be nice to have hot drinks (coffee/ tea) in the lounge area. However, they do have all the amenities in the room to make various teas and coffee drinks.

The hotel is in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood - very close to Yokohama Stadium and right next door to Buntai Arena. It is a very new hotel (opened in April? 2024) and is extremely clean, tidy and well-appointed. The modern decor, and spacious room (we stayed in a corner fourth room) gave the whole place a luxurious feel. The amenities bar offered all bathroom products that could be needed, plus tea, coffee and soup that could be made using the in-room jug or communal microwave. The beds were very comfortable and the linens felt very clean and fresh. We accessed the hotel using public transport - with a short five-minute walk from either of two stations on different lines. There is a Lawson, Family Mart and 7Eleven all within 1-2 blocks/3-5 minute walk and numerous restaurants around the area as well. We also easily walked to/from the hotel and Chinatown, Yamashita Park and Sakuragichō Station. The areas we were in all felt safe and clean.

A toaster and some cutlery would have been appreciated to provide snacks/breakfast for the children in our group. But otherwise the hotel exceeded expectations.
