Friendly staff, private patio, showers were hot every time with great water pressure, roomy living areas, ample wardrobe space, comfy beds, great bbq and pool area. Will definitely stay again.

Kitchen could have been better equipped; eg, more containers, tea towels and enough detergent and dishwasher tablets supplied for our stay. Steak knives, salt and pepper, cling wrap and an extra bin for recycling would have come in handy. Also the wardrobes were huge but only had a few hangers. Parking was also tight in the front security parking. Pool area needs more lounge chairs, preferably adjustable. 😉

Fantastic Location..Straight across the road from the Hoey Moey Pub and Bottle shop...Breakfast at the Bowling Green only a 2 minute walk away. Facilities were great, bathtub in ours ... super spotless, clean and tidy. Not too high maintenance which makes it super kid friendly. Kitchen was extremely well equipped, has every single utensil, pot, glass, mug or appliance u could ever possibly need. Our host Jenny was ever so helpful...we had flight delays and car troubles then traffic delays which placed our arrival out of schedule, however Jenny, Robert and Beau made things super easy for us to checkin after hours. There's also an elevator from the car to your room so theres no awkward "baggage up the stairs" thing.. it's jst easy access for each and every individual. I'm rating the Tradewinds Apartments 100% ... although it seems retro.. it has a great feel of HOME to it.. and you will NEVER get that vibe at a newer establishment.

I didn't like having to leave this place, wish we could stay FOREVER!

Unit was well set out and nicely furnished with comfortable and high quality furnishings. Bathroom renovation was lovely. Location wise incredible. Well set up offering a 'at home' feel holiday. Pool area well maintained and comfortable seating provided.

No 'conveniences' - paper towels, tissues, toilet roll holder. Only two sachets of dishwashing liquid. Individual hand soaps instead of pumps. Chairs on balcony did not match quality of internal furniture. Additional charge for children is quite steep.

The location is the best in Coffs Harbour! Walk across the road to the beach, tavern and bowls club. Five minutes drive to the main shopping centres and Jetty Precinct. We have stayed here many times and will definitely be back. The balcony is a great drawcard!!!+

The balcony furniture is the only thing I was disappointed in. The apartments are quite old but have what you need, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The outdoor setting was rusty and rickety, uncomfortable and didn't feel safe to sit on. We took the dining table chairs out so we coped.

The location is perfect for us as a young family. Playground right across the road, the Hoey Moey was an easy option for dinner one night. The beach is right there in front and the kids loved playing in the dunes. The apartment is a great set up, didn't feel cramped at all, so roomy. The beds are super comfy, good supply of hot water for showers and baths. Brilliant being on the ground floor with the open space outside on the balcony that wrapped Roy d the apartment with grass. Lots of room for us to hang out washing up to dry outside. Very handy having a dryer too! Especially on the wet days.

We couldn't get into the pool without swipe card key. Only tried twice and we failed to make the effort to go ask management so it's not all bad - I'm sure it was an easy fix. There were a few nights of some beeping outside the room all night. Again, nothing compared to the noise our kids probably made! The beach is definitely not recommended to swim in there out the front - always swim in the flags. There is a treacherous travelling rip and hole there that dupes people into thinking it's safe to swim. We are avid beach goers/surfers/lifeguards so we are fine. Just want to warn anyone who can't read the ocean that this is NOT a safe swimming spot - walk soytb to the flags or drive!

The room is clean and comfortable. The on-site manager is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient near the beach and fully equipped with cooking utilities.

We were only told that there was repair work on-site during our stay and we could not use the car park during the daytime when we arrived. Also, the noise made by the workers outside the window is very loud in the morning. The sea view ( on level 3) is blocked by the trees along the beach so we cannot see much but we were upgraded to a sea view apartment.

Arrival on 28 May 2024 and access was great. I felt safe and secure parking in the building's basement. We booked a part ocean view room and I loved our view from the lounge room and balcony. There was a second balcony off the main bedroom, which also had part ocean views. I loved our stay here, we were both very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our apartment (19) was spotlessly clean and our beds were dreamy. Park Beach Plaza shopping mall is a short drive and easy to find. Plenty of options for food within walking distance and a short drive to a local shopping centre. We had a great stay and look forward to a return visit.

All rooms except the bathroom were very clean and tidy. Close to the beach and shops, cafes and bars.

Bathroom was mostly clean, but i could see mould in some places in the bathroom. Walls and ceiling very dusty, at night with the fans going you could see the dust hanging from the stucco ceiling. Took several minutes of buzzing and knocking to get the manager to answer the door, and had to ask a few times for more than the one toilet roll for three adults on a 2 night stay.

Older style apartment building, right across from the Hoey Moey (great food) rsl just up the road also. I had a beautiful ocean view. It was a very peaceful part of town to stay. Now the normal place I stay is more modern but it's double the price of Tradewinds. Even though Tradewinds is dated, it's very functional with everything you need. Very roomy apartment, everything you need in the kitchen. Secure undercover parking (free) Had a wonderful stay here. Great value for money.

Large apartment with plenty of room for two families to share and great facilities in an amazing location. Close to beach, pub, coffee (importantly) and a short drive to large shopping centre, town centre and international sports stadium, where we were attending.

There were a couple of remotes that needed new batteries, however local management was quick to assist and very helpful. The wi-fi was not connecting to the internet on Day 1, however again local management fixed and it was all good for the remaining days of our trip.
