Staff was wonderful - very helpful and friendly. Facility for the wedding welcome party was beautiful. Hotel location was very near restaurants & shops.

We found the size of the room and, particularly the bathroom, to be too small for two senior adults. Only the bed and a straight-backed desk chair to sit and watch TV. The bathroom was too cramped to move around comfortably and to hold two cosmetic bags or dopp kits. Housekeeping was requested, but sheets or at least pillow cases were not changed. The room charge for the Thursday night stay was fine, but the upcharge for the Friday & Saturday nights was too high.

Old style hotel with modern upgrades. Has that old "charm" in combination with current amenities. My room (5th Floor) was clean & comfortable. Very quiet. Slept very well. Great view from my room and TV was great. Nice to have a restaurant and pub on site. Breakfast at Park 26 was delicious. Holiday decor was fabulous! Check-in staff were very friendly and welcoming. Many "walkable" options for coffee and lunch/dinner. When I return to this area, I will definitely book again.

Minor issue....In my room, the Bathroom (although small) needs a shelf or a place to put toiletries and accessories. Didn't have any room for my bathroom accessories.

Loved the Queensbury! This downtown hotel has an elegant, historic feel (built in 1926), but has been fully renovated with beautiful modern updates. Traveling to upstate New York to witness the Solar Eclipse, we booked two nights: it provided the right mix of comfort and sophistication to make our trip a carefree adventure! Gorgeous lobby and nicely redone rooms. We had drinks and dinner in the Fenimore Pub, which has a warm & casual vibe. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a plus, after a long drive. The location at the gateway to the Adirondacks means we'll definitely be back!

Our single room was small - not unexpected in an older hotel, and fine for our needs. But the bathroom could use some counter space or shelving; it was difficult to set down so much as a toothbrush. Also, the toilet was very low, and probably not ADA compliant.

Everything to be honest. I have nothing horrible to say. The room was small and absolutely perfect. The bathroom was huge. Incredibly clean as well. Price was actually cheaper than some others in the area. For what you get here I was extremely shocked to see such a low price. Would gladly stay here anytime we are in the area!

Nothing horrible but just so people know. At least the room we had there was no fridge (no biggie) and the walls seemed kinda thin but nothing crazy.

Beautiful, well maintained mansion style hotel. The ornate ceilings, crown molding, decor, and ambiance was sophisticated. The staff were helpful and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the suit was perfect for a family of 5 with the sleeper sofa. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and the skylight was beautiful with the natural light. We loved that the jacuzzi was within the pool so that we could relax while watching the kids play. We even loved the mail slots on every floor where our kids deposited our postcards to family and friends.

The ambiance, upon entry I met two men waiting for Crystal Gayle in the lobby. They were delightful and shared some stories. While they won’t be there for all guests, they were a treat! The pool was an unexpected wonder. How wonderful it was to swim some laps then soak in the hot tub. Lastly, the wonderful reception. The ladies at reception were so much fun to chat with.

The bathrooms were on the small size. But not much to be done with that considering the age and construction of the building.

We loved everything about our stay!!! Outstanding service!!! The staff was wonderful, thank you for everything Tabby!! The food was excellent! They even gave us flowers for our anniversary. Lilly did a great job with my hair!! We will always come back here when we need to stay! Thank you!

Loved that the historical features of the hotel were preserved. Definitely gave hotel a lit of character and set it apart from other hotels. It was a pretty hotel. Everything was extremely clean. Wonderful smelling toiletries in the bathroom.

Room was too small. Felt that the price of the room should have taken this into consideration.

We had dinner and drinks at the bar and the food & service were both excellent :) We also enjoyed watching the gentleman create an exact replica of the Queensbury Hotel in Gingerbread, in the foyer of the Hotel. The beautifully decorated Great Room with Piano Music filling the air was so festive and let you slow down and appreciate the Holiday. We will definitely be back next year.

A very nice elegant hotel that is dog friendly. I really enjoy my stay there. The food was good too.

my room was quite noisy, i liked taking the stairs to walk my dog I had to walk to the other side of the building each time to exit,
