Breakfast have a lot options, like Chinese dimsum, Malaysian style clear based and laksa based soup as well as Western style breakfast. The bedding were good and we got a mini couch in room and a thoughtful mini kitchen in the room. We can warm our supper while watching TV if we do not want to go out late night. There is also a steaming room in the changing room at facility floor.

Found some dried shredded mango under the edge of bed. The weighing scale in the bathroom was out of battery and there were no drinks in the mini fridge in room. The swimming pool was relatively small.

I love it that Capri was thoughtful in creating 'kids zone' for the kids for breakfast and even having kids' pool. It made my daughter feel special. The manager was also friendly and gave her a lil' teddy bear as a gift. She loves it!

Was a little disappointed to find the mini bar (fridge) empty. Would be nice if there were some complimentary treats provided.

I had a really wonderful experience staying here. The room was impressively spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, making it super comfortable for my stay. I also love how convenient the location is — it’s just a short drive to CIQ, which made travelling so easy. The rates are very reasonable for the quality you get, and the fact that they offer free parking is a huge plus, especially for those driving in. Overall, it’s a clean, affordable, and well-located hotel that I would happily return to and recommend to friends.

While the overall experience was enjoyable, do note that there’s no bathtub in the room and the selection of TV channels is limited.

Impressively spacious, with plenty of room to move comfortably without feeling cramped. The layout was well-designed, with ample space for luggage, a cozy seating area, and a large, comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless surfaces, fresh linens, and a well-maintained ambiance that gave the room a welcoming and hygienic feel.

Hotel's dining options were limited, making it difficult to find variety, especially for longer stays. The lack of diverse cuisine or an all-day dining option was a drawback for guests who preferred more flexibility in their meals. What made this even more disappointing was the hotel's location—there were no nearby restaurants or coffee shops within walking distance. Due to ongoing construction in the surrounding area, access to any external dining options was practically nonexistent. Guests looking to explore local food or grab a quick coffee had no convenient options, making the limited in-house dining even more of an inconvenience.

Got a surprise free upgrade upon arrival! The room was relatively new, very clean and the facilities were excellent. There is a laundry room, gym, steam room and swimming pool. The staff was very helpful too, especially when I asked for help with the laundry coin changing machine.

Getting to the hotel is a bit difficult from CIQ as there was construction for the RTS next to the hotel. It was hard getting to the hotel on foot and via Grab as well (due to traffic jams at the CIQ). Shuttle bus to CIQ and JB Sentral was provide one-way from the hotel but not the other way around. I believe with the completion of the RTS, transport to the hotel would be better.

This was my second time staying at Capri JB, and once again, I was truly impressed by their thoughtful service. During my first visit, I requested an upgrade to a sea view room, but it wasn’t available at the time. To my surprise, when I checked in for my second stay, they automatically upgraded me to a sea view room for free! This unexpected gesture made my stay even more special. Most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best I’ve ever slept on! I had such a restful and rejuvenating night. I truly appreciate their excellent hospitality and attention to detail. I will gladly stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Room is big and had kitchenette with microwave oven. Had plates and utensils.. Pool is nice. Toilet huge with bathtub for 1 bedroom deluxe (do check with the staff as not all rooms have bathtub). Had two TVs with a good mix of channels and tv had screen mirroring. Lifts relatively fast. Staff are warm and friendly. They had PS4 at hotel lobby. Check in was smooth and well done. Gym is 24hours but didnt try it. Didnt try breakfast too. Parking free and good security. Aircon was nice and easy to control for room and hall. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Location, as it's next to the checkpoint, though it's not the fault of the hotel. It's near Jalan Bukit Chagar so do take note of the heavy traffic there at specific timing. But it's good for those who want to travel across the causeway as it's just a quick 1 to 2 turns away from checkpoint. Carpark is like driving in race circuit with many turns, be sure to look for the signs. If not, you might drive around in circles. Some areas of the road a bit tight, especially at lobby.

I love everything about the property. There is a bidet in the toilet. The toilet and room is clean and spacious. The lobby is clean and spacious too. There is a game console for guests to play while waiting in lobby. There is a surau beside the gym. The gym is spacious. There is an adults pool as well as kids pool. There is quite a variety of food available for the breakfast buffet. Loving both the morning and night view from my hotel!

Though the hotel is located very near the CIQ, it can be quite a long queue for guests with cars to enter the hotel entrance. This is because there are cars who is going to the same route to enter the customs.
