Online check-in was much appreciated, it saved a lot of time on arrival. The room was clean and there was water in the fridge. Breakfast is adequate with the option to order hot food - eggs many ways (included in the price of the stay), and fresh fruit for breakfast every day. It is a short walk to the metro and bus stop, about 30 minutes to the center. There is a very nice park nearby.

The bar is open until 3 p.m. on weekends, so if you want to enjoy the evening or late afternoon with beer or wine, you have to go outside or buy something in the supermarket and have a nice evening in the room BUT be aware there are missing glasses.

The location is near a metro station Suanzes. The room was clean with a comfy bed. Bathroom was fine. All looked new there. The price for my room was good.

I arrived in this hotel the day the national power blackout hit and the personnel was not very supportive, totally lost I would say. I can understand it though, cause nobody knew what was going on and how to act in such situation. I'm also not a fan of twin beds and there was no other option.

Staff were friendly. We had a nice easy check-in after a late evening flight. The girls working the breakfast room were lovely too. The hotel is modern and clean and the room was spotless. Really nice bathroom and good air-con. Location is nice and quiet, but close enough to the Metro to make getting in and out of central Madrid easy.

Appreciated the bottles of water in the fridge, but a couple of glasses would have been useful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the place was very clean, and it was close to the metro station.

I was expecting a buffet breakfast with a wider variety of items, but that wasn't the case. That said, the breakfast included everything one would need for a normal breakfast and was generally of good quality.

The breakfast was excellent, tasty and generous. The staff each day was helpful and prompt. The front desk was quick to answer questions and offer suggestions, a copy of a map of Madrid and information about the nearby metro station. It is a beautiful walk down Calle Alcalá to the center of town.

Nice comfortable room in a quite street, 5min away from the underground station. Nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast. We arrived early in the morning just to drop our luggage, but as a room got free, we were allowed to early check in without extra charge.

Although it was outside the main area, it was well connected by metro. Very close to the station that connects all the main areas. Good neighborhood. Many coffee shops and restaurants. Compact room. But clean. Very good service at the reception. Small hotel. Nothing at the hotel besides the rooms and a basic coffee shop.

Room could have had a kettle. Very compact room. Expected little more space. No place to open bags. Area gets deserted if you return late.

Nice spacious and comfortable room. Had everything you need from a hotel. Bonus points for the big table in which you can comfortably work. Kind staff. The breakfast was good, a selection of bread, cold cuts, cheese and a few small pastries and you could order from the kitchen an egg plate (omellete etc). Would only have liked some tomato or cucumber, but all in all it was good. Location good, very close to the metro station, in about 20 minutes you are in the center of Madrid. Super market was walking distance and there is also a big park nearby.

Breakfast was good, enough to eat and drink, and tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is okay - good connection to Metro and Airport.

I missed a place where to put my suitcase in the rooms. Air conditioning was far too cold for me (17 °C)

The Hotel is nice and clean and the breakfast was OK. It's right beside to the metro station which takes you directly to the center of the city and also near to the airport. The beds are comfortable, the neighborhood is quite and the stuff is very friendly and polite.
