The comfort suite was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities that you need for a stay where you can mix between eating out and eating in.

The comfort suite needed more storage and would have benefitted from some more artwork. We stayed in room 9102.

Amazing hotel with great views and friendly staff. The complex is big with many activities and restaurants options. Room is clean and beds are comfortable.

The spa had many restrictions ( it was possible to use the saunas only without swimsuits and slippers), which made it very awkward. There was no information before visiting the spa about the rules regarding wearing clothes in spa and other customers seemed to be confused about the rules. In addition, bike rental was for extra cost, which considering the price of the hotel, should have been for free.

It was our first trip to Garda Lake and luckily we stayed in this hotel, which made our stay so perfect! We had a great welcome,from very friendly reception staff and we were upgraded for free to a bigger room with the view.Thank you! This hotel is beautiful,the park is amazing,all the facilities are great,spa,swimming pools,massage,restaurants,room service with delicious Club Sandwiches for dinner.The hotel has the best location and all the staff of the hotel,absolutely everyone was so friendly, helpful, smiley,and so efficient and proffessional!Thank you ALL!!! We loved absolutely everything about this hotel and we would definitely come back with our kids next time,as there is a Kids Club.

Location and the resort garden area.

Double bed has 2 single mattresses. Instead a double bed mattress would have helped. We are a family of 3. Husband wife and 5 yo. Generally sleep on one bed with double bed mattress. But as they provided 2 single bed mattress we had to use sofa bed for one of the adults. As three people wudnt fit in 2 single mattresses. Breakfast can have more variety. Got same food in small hotels too but the scale is big here at Du lac..

Beautifully located resort with view on the lake and mountains. Truly idyllic with palms and tasteful decor. Kids and dogs are welcome here. If you are planning your stay, check if Miniclub season already started. We had one of the bungalows and really loved it here. Every day we were visited by the ducks and the kids made friends with them. Downsides: Not much space for a family of 4 and couch/bed not really comfy. Breakfast is good. Friendly service. We always had lunch and dinner outside. There are many options. There is a Coop and pharmacy just across the hotel. We can recommend bike rental at Gimme Bike.

Grounds are amazing. Room comfortable and spacious. Food at all three restaurants was very good. Great location about 10 min walk into Riva Del Garda. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. I f you can afford pay the extra and get a room on the top floor in the main hotel as the balcony looks out over the stunning grounds, mountains and lake.

Throw away paper and flimsy plastic cups provided in room. Reusable/re-washable plastic cups and glasses would be better.

A big thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay truly enjoyable. It was our second stay at Du Lac and the quality of service has remained implacable: clean and well maintained rooms, gorgeous garden, relaxing spa and most importantly delicious food & drinks at the restaurant and the bistro. Paired with great location allowing to go for runs, hikes and bike rides, it’s a perfect destination for a relaxing holiday. Thank you for your hospitality & see you next year.

The hotel grounds are gorgeous, like a botanical garden. The view from breakfast on the fifth floor of the Murialdo Suite building is spectacular. Two outdoor pools and an indoor pool and spa give enough spaces for everyone to relax and enjoy. The staff was attentive and friendly. The baby playroom is large and full of toys to keep our little one busy. The Murialdo Suite had a kitchenette and living room with two balconies. From personalized flip flops to luxury products in the bathroom to a kid's club of activities- everything was impeccable.

Sad we had to leave! I would have stayed longer and will definitely choose this hotel when we are back in the area.

The property and our room on the 6th floor in particular had the most spectacular views of the lake and surrounding hills. The gardens are incredibly beautiful and the location, so close to the lake and lovely town of Riva is excellent.

Very minor details could be improved. Paper cups in room, with sachets of coffee and dried milk. No iron in the room. There is a laundry room but only two irons and one of those was burned.
