Beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast, lovely owners. The breakfast was 10/10, huge spread of food. Bread roll, fried egg, omelette, pancakes with chocolate, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and the best passionfruit lemonade/ juice ever!! 😍😍 Perfect location, down a quieter street off the main restaurant/ shopping street. 😊 The room was big and spacious, nicely decorated, very comfy beds, good WiFi, outdoor seats. We were there on a day the owner was hosting an event the day before a wedding. He offered us to join in the party, with food, drinks. It was so much fun!! Music ended at 10pm so it was quiet then. When we first arrived he gave us mango juice and showed up a map of Tam Coc to help us plan our days The owner also organised our bus to Cat Ba for very good price. They also do bicycle & motorbike rental here

The accommodation is really well located. A few meters of the main avenue but far of the noise. The best combination. And the bed is super comfortable. Hoan is the best possible host when you are in another country. He is attentive every day in case you need anything. All the information about the best tourist spots and how to get to them is in his hands. Recommended 100%. We could relax there after 6 months travelling. Also breakfast is awesome, super complet!!!!! We loved the passion fruit juice.

The only problem was the construction work. Hopefully, it will be finished soon because it’s in a top-notch location.

The owner is very nice, gave us ideas what to do in Tam Coc. We could rent bicycles for a very low price. He also booked us the bus ticket to Cat Ba. The owner speaks also Chinese, a big advantage for Chinese speaking travelers. The breakfast was very delicious. You get fresh Vietnamese coffee, fresh breads, eggs, pancakes, fruits and fresh juices. The price was absolute reasonable. The Homestay is in a side road and therefore quiet. If you walk 200 meters to the main road, you are close to all restaurants and shops.

The construction side at the homestay does not look very nice. I believe that it will be a nice place when the construction is ready. We stayed 3 nights and they did not clean the room during these days.

The Host was incredibly helpfull! We stayed 4 nights and booked 2 motorbike trips with him + 1 car trip that he booked for us. You Can rent bikes there, which we also did. The breakfast is big, with bread, eggs, vegetables, fruits, tea/coffee, juice. We also asked them to do our laundry and it came back smelling so nice! (Which was rare during our trip in Vietnam). The room was very nice in a little bungalow. The beds were a bit hard though. We recommend this Homestay !

There is a market right behind the Homestay. This means that there is noise very early in the morning. It was not a big deal but this is something to note if you have trouble sleeping.

the owner was so kind! he gave us a map of places to go, told us the hours of open, and rented us a scooter (he has bikes to rent as well), he booked us a bus to hanoi :) he made us big breakfasts with Vietnamese coffee, eggs, bun and also pancake with fresh fruits and fruits cocktail :) the room was big and nice with bamboo decorations, we even got a room upgrade. the evenings on the sunbed outside with a beer and cigarette were nice;) the place has a renovation going and soon there will be a swimming pool. the place is close to the main street, but it is quiet. it is nice to have your own bungalow instead of a hotel room;) there is a friendly puppy around

Very nice owner and accommodation in perfect condition, very clean and comfortable, away from the noise of the main street of Tam Coc, but still super central and perfect location. The owner was extremely nice. We accidentally lost the motorbike key and he was very quick and nice to come and help us. The breakfast was amazing, with bread, fried eggs, omelette with tomato and herbs, pancakes and chocolate, coffee and milk, fresh passion fruit and orange juice… and then fruit (pineapple, watermelon, banana). We never had such a full breakfast before! At the end, he even gave us two free 1.5L water bottles for our night bus trip :) Definitely recommend coming here!

Everything - the bungalows were perfect good amount of space and set with a little garden space outside which is nicely hidden away off the Main Street and feels like the perfect escape. The host is so lovely and accommodating, you can organise everything through him and he is so helpful making breakfast every day for us and talking us through the best places to see in Ninh Binh. 10/10 would recommend staying here and if we are ever back we will absolutely stay again!

Good location near shops, bars restaurants and boat trip. Very Good breakfast with plenty to eat. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Good pillows, firm beds nice clean white bedding. Mini toiletries provided. Seating area with deck chairs outside the entrance to each rroom. Kettle in the room and a supply of water to buy for convenience. . Excellent value for money.

Nothing but Don’t be put off by the first impression of there being a building site in front of the accommodation which of course won’t always be there.

On our long trip to Vietnam, we decided to stop in beautiful Tam Coc. We were looking for an affordable option and it was a pleasant surprise to find ourselves at Vinh Thinh Homestay! The owner and his family welcomed us in a very hospitable way making us feel at home and inviting us to dine with them (great food and true local experience). Breakfast included in the price and the very kind and always helpful host helps you arrange trips and travel. Also the rooms are very clean. A real bargain! Great value for money!

Hoan and family are a very welcoming and friendly people. We arrived the night of Tet celebration and were invited to join in family meal ( too tired after 12 hours travel ) the next morning we were included in joining family breakfast of traditional Tet food items. So delicious and generous! Breakfast is included in room stay: eggs, pancakes,fruit coffe and tea. Many area tours are available with the owner. We rented 2 bicycles for a self-guided tour to Hang Mua and Bich Dong Pagoda. Scooter rental is available. The room is large, very clean and hot shower! The bed linen and pillows felt new and extremely comfortable! Be patient as the owner is working very hard to make his home and build a nice pond in a common area. After Tet celebration the neighborhood was very quiet at night, easy to sleep.

Smell of cigarette smoke makes its way into the room. We cannot control what other guests do.
