The location was super ,the secuirty of the accomadation was excellent the staff was very helpfull the room was very clean and being a studio was great being able to cook if you wanted and having a kettle as lots of places dont have kettles It was walking distance to everything.There was a fabulous bakery on one side of the accomadation and a brilliant supermarket on the other with pleanty of choice

The was no air conditioning or fan in the room and even though the weather wasnt very hot the room got really hotel even with the curtains closed during the day and window open at night. There was no hairdryer in the room

We arrived late and the codes to get in and directions worked. We had a duplex apartment on the fifth floor for my son and I. The top bed was lovely and led to a nice terrace area where we could eat lunch and relax. The main area had a sofa bed for my son with full bedding, the bathroom was a really good size, there was a kitchenette with a hob, fridge, coffeemaker, kettle and basic utensils and even a microwave. Everything was clean Plenty of towels, toilet roll. Everything was very clean. There is a lovely Boulangerie/bakery literally next door which does croissants, cakes and traditional french cakes and even lunches. With the Carrefour the other side next door, we could stock up on what we needed, with the apartment only ten minutes walk from the center of town and chateau it was perfect for us

Location was very good, it’s pretty close to everything. We did not get the breakfast as there was a small kitchen in our room which worked very well, and the fridge had a small freezer on top. Staff was friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The only problem I had was that the shower was so small that the shower curtain stuck to me as I was showering. There was also a funky smell in the reception area, but this is just a minor thing.

The room was quite nice, simple. This is a building used for student accommodation and low cost hotel combined, so some of the people coming and going actually live there and are pretty friendly. The room was basic but clean. The beds were very narrow, but comfortable. The shower was tiny in a large bathroom, but the small kitchenette was a nice bonus. The nearby Carefour City supermarket offered a lot of essentials and easy to prepare food given the microwave, so it would have been possible to prepare a lot of meals in the room. All in all it was great value for money.

I didn't like that there were always people waiting by the door. The building was accessed by a keypad or usb fob and many times i felt the people at the door were following me in and didn't have the access themselves. It was a bit creepy at times.

- A bit complicated to get in, many codes and confusing instructions - They did not answer calls or messages during the check in, towels were missing. Next day, once reception was open, everything was sorted. - Bathroom could be cleaner - No AC

The location was perfect, close to the castle, the town and the convenient tram system, opposite a boulangerie with a supermarket on the corner. The receptionist Nicole was very helpful and informative.

It was very hot, especially on the upper sleeping area with no open window, Air con would have made a huge difference.

- Room was spacious; - My friend who slept in the sofa bed, said it was comfortable; - Bed upstairs was really comfortable; - Room had heating; - Facilities were clean; - There were enough pillows for everyone; - They offered shampoo/shower gel (although it was 2 in 1 bottle) and also towels, so you do not need to worry about that; - Hotel was within walking distance from centre and had a really nice bakery and supermarket a few meters away, so good for getting breakfast/food! - There was a small kitchen with microwave and a small fridge. They offered a sponge to wah the dishes. Can't remember if it had soap for the dishes though;

- We were a group of 7 and we rented 2 rooms. One of the rooms really stank with cigarette smell, which was not very nice for some of my friends who were non-smokers. One of them even had to buy a spray to try and mask out the smell; - No hairdryer :( - Stairs inside of the room are a bit narrow, so it could be an inconvenience if you have locomotion problems;

We stayed in the studio apartment. The room was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. Location was excellent, you can reach anything in a few minutes. Staff was friendly and nice.

The room didn’t have aircon so we opened the window to get some fresh air and cool down the room but it was very noisy.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect with it being walking distance to the city centre.

My only complaint I would have, which is small is there not being an air-conditioning. The rooms were very warm at night.

Location is excellent right across the road from airport shuttle bus stop and a 4 min walk to the Chateau. 5 mins more and you are in the city. There is also trams 4 mins away. A lovely boulangerie right across the road and a supermarket around the corner. Safe and secure.
