The location was great, close to town which met our requirements. Our room was straightened every day, even when we didn't ask for it. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Check in was nice and simple.

There are a few suggestions - cleaners attention to detail needs some work. The unit in general was nice and clean, but under the vanity and behind the toilet were quite dirty and had not been cleaned in some time. - there are no towel rails, and one of the towel rings was hanging out the wall. - there is a toaster, but no cutting board or sharp knives. So forced to prepare on the bench. - there was a little dishwash liquid supplied, but no dish rack or tea towel. - the room is quite smelly, old musty smell. They need airing. - the complex is quite dated. I think an upgrade would be appropriate.

Location is very good-unlike some of the other hotels in Yass it is very quiet overnight without traffic noise. Excellent for family groups needing a separate bedroom too and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The kitchen too was very handy so we were p[leased we'd chosen Swaggers.

The restaurant wasn't open but we had some very good recommendations from the person at reception. Big shout out to the Yass Soldiers Club who deliver to the motel-the food was great and very plentiful!

Spacious comfortable room with separate kitchen area including sink, microwave and fridge. Plates, bowls and cutlery which we really like as we travel with our own food. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Plenty of parking and all units are on the ground floor.

There was nothing we didn't like. The rooms are a little dated but very functional. We stayed one night and found the price to be very reasonable.

The room was spacious, ours had a lounge and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom had wall mounted soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Aircon worked well. Basics like tea, coffee, mugs, plates, microwave, kettle, toaster supplied , which was great. Would like to see a sharp knife and maybe a microwave dish, but this is just a feedback wish not a criticism.

As it was summer bugs were attracted to the lights and TV, and were able to get in under front door. A fly screen door would be great. Fly spray was provided, but a screen would be better. Also a screen door would mean fresh air allowing aircon to be turned off.

It has the air of a well-cared-for place. The shower was great. It was clean. The free-delivery dinner from the Yass Soldiers Club was excellent: generous and delicious. The young man on reception was relaxed, friendly and helpful. We will stay again when needing a rest along the Hume.

It's a shame they can't get staff for their restaurant. We would have liked to eat there.

The location in Yass was good. The two bedroom suite was adequate. An exception was the bathroom which was nice and modern.

This motel is, and feels, quite dated. Although things worked ok, they were mostly quite old. The exception was the bathroom, which was modern. Parking outside the room was extremely awkward - especially for a medium/large SUV. The downpipe for the adjoining room (behind the parking spot for our room) had clearly been run into numerous times by people trying to use the room’s ridiculous parking spot.

Good size room with dining table and two chairs plus a spare chair plus single seater lounge chair. Nice little kitchenette with full size fridge and sufficient crockery and cutlery for two. Bathroom was modern and clean. Bed was super comfortable. All rooms are on the ground floor so for those with mobility issues the layout is great.

Wasn't close to the centre of town, but we know that beforehand and it was only 3-4 minutes in the car.

The room was good in size, the bed was comfortable and had everything we needed, even with the construction workers staying and leaving early in the morning the room remained nice and quiet.

Kitchen looks a little outdated but completely fine for its value. The fruity conditioner did not match with the manly shampoo and body wash provided in the wall mounted pump bottles in the shower.

Quiet brick, spacious 2 bedroom with wall mounted hair dryer in bathroom. Room with spa bath was great choice. Heating was efficient and quiet. Friendly, helpful staff great communication. Good value, would stay again.

Not much to not like. Winter morning frosts wets everything outside as usual including the outdoor seat cushion so remove from chair if possible before sitting, or stand. The pillows were a little high for my liking.

The room was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels and disposable supplies in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and crockery and cutlery were supplied for 2 people. There was a small fridge with some chilled glasses supplied.

There could have been a cutting board, tea towel and good cutting knife supplied as well.
