modern great location

the elevator does weird stuff and wait time of around 5 minutes each time you want to use it. the car parks hard to navigate especially when people don’t know how to drive and take corners way to wide and nearly hit you. room service is way over priced for the little not so nice serving of food. shower pressure is not that good and the toilet keep running had to pull the panel out and fix. also what’s the deal with the amount I paid and being in the 1st level twice now I figured at 500 dollars I would be up higher and fix the f&$@ng fire alarm

Super comfy bed and HEAPS of room (2 bed apartment). Complimentary items (toiletries/ coffee bags) better standard than normal. Loved having the complimentary $10 coupon for the Pantry (although a bit overpriced). Very good location (close to the start of Ginniderra parkrun if you are a runner). We had an "accessible apartment" so the fold-down seat in the shower and huge bathroom, wider doorways and big light switches were much appreciated.

The apartment was the furthest distance of any unit from the lifts down 2 long corridors which is just dumb if you have mobility issues. Could have provided better instructions on where to park upon arrival (the front entry is on a narrow shared laneway) and you access the car park via the Wilson Car Park. Signage to the carpark could have been better (more distinct) and inside the carpark identifying the exit directions was just appalling. Was a bit of a pain having to catch 2 different lifts just to go from car park to room. Could have provided some rubbish bins around the lifts. Suggest providing better details regarding accessing and exiting the car park/ how to use the dual lift system with confirmation of the booking.

It was absolutely amazing. The rooms are modern and suited our family of 5 perfectly I was offered by staff upon arrived for the futon to be made for my eldest to make for a more comfortable stay for him which was great Overall we loved the atmosphere and value for money We will be returning in the future

I appreciate the parking offered and don’t mind paying but the car park is a nightmare with other cars. People driving like idiots in a small area Which isn’t a reflection of the hotel, more a warning to drive slowly

Really nice modern hotel. Huge shower which was great. Nice and quiet room. Great that there is a resturant onsite with room service available. There is also some other food places in the precint for more options. Supermarket and bottleshop also in the precint so you really don't have to go anywhere if you don't want to. Lovely park near by to walk through.

Parking and getting from the car to my room was a bit of a muck around, and even though it was only $15 per night, I think it should be included in the room for effort you have to go to for it. My room was also a very long way from the elevators, making it take 5-10 mins to get from my room to my car, its a long time to be carrying all of your luggage.

Our stay was extremely comfortable. The property was spotless and felt brand new. Having the hotel downstairs was a great convenience, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The location is excellent, with Woolies and a variety of restaurants all within walking distance, everything we needed was right at our doorstep.

Parking was a bit tricky. While instructions were provided, the signage and markings weren’t very intuitive, which made navigation slightly confusing.

Excellent location to visit family in Canberra who lived next door. Checked in late, staff were very helpful. It is a great little hotel with nice clean and comfortable rooms for a very good price. Little convenience shop in the foyer is great for milk or wine or cheese and crackers. I would stay again.

In general very happy with everything, the only slight negative was the directions on where to park, and then once we found the correct spot, it took 5 minutes walking around the car park to find the correct lift. Better signage and a map would have helped, especially at 11pm at night.

Breakfast was great, everything from a big hot breakfast through to light continental. Being walking distance to GIO Bruce stadium was terrific.

Why isn't there a lift direct from the hotel to the car park? Disappointing that in this day and age the previously mentioned lift situation plus steps from the hotel lift to the car park lift makes this inaccessible for physically disabled people. I didn't like how within two minutes of turning on the television set a message with a QR code would cancel out what was on tv and then having to escape back to the tv viewing.

We were visiting with 3 other couples. This is our 4th stay here. We love the location to the Belconnen bus interchange for the shuttle to GIO stadium. We had breakfast in the foyer on the Sunday morning. Service was a little slow and they got a few things wrong with our order, but overall the food was good

There was a air whistling sound coming from under the door. We had to push the long decorative pillow up to the door to muffle the sound. The drainage in the shower is quite slow, so the floor got wet. There were only 2 sachets of sugar in our tea/coffee box

We stayed here twice. Location was perfect for our needs: close to UC (University), supermarket, restaurants and the lake. Parking was easy. Room was of good size, clean and comfortable. Shower really good. Heater also really good.

We stayed here twice: first time the bed/mattress was very comfortable. Second time the mattress was uneven, with a noticeable dip on one side. On both times Kitchen/Lounge area had 2 x 1 seaters. In both cases seaters had stains which made sitting on them uninviting. Plus it did not match the rest of the room cleanliness.

24hr reception was a blessing, & there were plenty of car parks - even when we arrived so late and none of the reserved spaces were available, we were still able to park and move the car to a designated spot in the morning. We saw some comments here about parking being confusing, but we found all the signage to be easy to follow.

The pillows are very thick. Just fyi if you're a tummy sleeper or experience neck issues from that. - however we did not request thinner ones, they may have them. We bought thinner ones from kmart at the nearby westfield.
