Every-Single-Thing!! The staff were so welcoming from the moment we walked in the door, very friendly and very helpful all the way through our stay. We stayed a few days as it was my wife’s birthday and the staff even went above what they were already doing for us. The facilities were clear and well kept and were everything you would expect. We staying in one of the apartments and it was well laid out with lots of space for two people. The bar and the dining area looked so beautiful and the food and menu choices were excellent and well proportioned. Honestly this place has everything on site and over the four days we stayed we didn’t have to leave for a single thing other than a bit of shopping. The Pavilion is exactly as described.
If I had to say anything it’s that when we came back in on the Saturday night we struggled to find a parking spot to pull into. It was full and seemed as though there weren’t enough parking spot for all the guests. We eventually found one right around the back on the opposite end from where we were staying. It’s only a minor thing but it’s something to look out for if you come back in late.

Excellent location. Ample car parking. Very comfortable bed. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly, capable and accommodating staff. Distinctive and attractive design of hotel. Reasonable tariff. Value for money
The rooms are in need of upgrade. The finishes, furniture, and fittings are 'tired'. And the bathrooms are difficult for people with mobility issues. Unknowingly, we'd booked to room with a shower over the bath, which is dangerous for my wife. We upgraded to a room with a walk in shower, but this still has slippery floor tiles and no handrails. At our request, staff provided us with a non slip floor mat for the shower.

The atrium restaurant was very nice. The ambient atmosphere was very relaxing and intimate.
I checked on Tuesday the 15th and it is Saturday the 19th. I still have yet to receive my bond money. I rang on Thursday 17th to enquire about it and was told that I have to wait for my bank to release it. I find this very bizarre because when you return an item at a store or a mistake has been made with a transaction the money seems to find its way back into the account straight away. I found this a little disappointing because if the establishment is going to ask for $100 bond the least they can do is ensure it is returned in a timely manner 24hours is reasonable .

We were very impressed with this hotel, stayed for two nights. The staff, ambience of the foyer, and the Atrium, all the amenities it offered, and top value for the price. Our room was just so lovely the bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely and hot. There is nothing that we could say bad about this establishment. Breakfast was a plentiful variety from, cereals, fruits, yogurt, sausages, eggs, hash brown, tomatoes, mushrooms and baked beans. Variety of breads, and many pastries and cakes. Now who couldn't possibly enjoy all that!
Some guests have little respect for others, mainly bumping walls, banging doors.

Very large, comfortable room with a great bathroom and other amenities. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Great location in the middle of the city and close to public transport options.
Did have a problem with hearing children screaming and playing in the hallways - not a hotel issue but a guest issue. Also I would suggest changing the washing detergent used for laundering your extra blankets, because the one in our room smelt very strong of some kind of perfume. So either it wasn’t changed after a previous use or the laundry detergent is far too strong.

Everything was great. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and had a bath, the room was VERY clean, the breakfast was excellent. The room had everything we needed - ironing board/iron, fridge, desk, enough space. All very good. I liked that there was a restaurant/bar/cafe open basically all the time in the hotel, it meant that I could have my meetings close to where I was staying and share a meal with people. It was so good and handy. Communal spaces are really lovely with a big indoor garden. Really appealing. Parking was free and easy. I will be staying here when I come to Canberra next.
Nothing, everything was great.

The Atrium is a great set-up to have breakfast, dinner or just a drink, the food and cocktails were great. The beds were very comfortable, the staff was nice, the car park at the back was very handy. The location for us was perfect, close to relatives and the CBD. We loved the 24hr reception, as we arrived late.
The decor is dated, and some of the facility need renovation, particularly the bathroom: it was a downer to have the old bath with shower curtain set-up for the shower. The outdoor area near the pool could have more athmosphere, as the paint peeling on the few tables was in stark contrast with the atrium. Also, a direct access to the pool would be better than crossing the atrium in our wet swimmers.

We stayed for 3 nights and, once we had gotten used to the super soft bed, it was an absolute delight. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the shower hot with good pressure. The hotel restaurant was very good and the buffet breakfast was excellent. There is a tram immediately outside that takes you right into the city. I heartily recommend this property.
No toaster. The bed was really too soft.

Bar staff and atrium restaurant amazingly nice and very ready to attend to requests from guests
On booking in gentleman at front counter seemed to be not welcoming, just like it was his job and went through motions. Might of been a bad day. The gate to get through to parking, horrible, in a big 4wd and have to push a button under a cover on a short pole. Had to reverse backwards, get out or break arm to get let in

Have stayed here many times, the location is perfect as the light rail is just outside the door. Bed was comfortable, place was clean and tidy, staff are pleasant and I would highly recommend to fellow travelers, just a couple of peeves listed in what I didn't like.
Just a couple of minor peeves..The bathroom / toilet doors need's a bit of oil, as the squeak when you open the door in the middle of the night wakes up everybody in the room. The TV has an array of options, i.e Disney +, Youtube etc, BUT the TV is not connected to the WiFi, so you can not avail of these options..
