I really have to mention the outstanding staff…the guy who checked us in was so incredibly caring, warm and friendly..he definetly derserves a raise. We had some parking issues because we arrived wiith a camper van and he solved it for us in such a great way…only because of this we will return to this hotel when we are in the area again. The room was clean and very well equipped with a microwave, fridge and utensils for 4 people. Thank you very much, you were wunderful!

The interior is a little bit dated, but right now that is not so important, because everything is super clean. But there is a need for investment in the next years.

Very comfortable, the room was quite large and generously furnished. Complimentary tea and coffee provided. The bathroom had a retractable clothesline, which was very handy. The location was great. As we will be regular visitors we were given membership of the club for 12 months which enabled us to enjoy a generous discount on meals. Undercover secure parking was a bonus.

The bathroom could have been cleaner - the sink had grime around the taps. Full and continental breakfasts offered. The continental breakfast was limited in choice: for example, cereal was not available, and the portions not very generous. We didn't try the full breakfast.

We had breakfast twice at Bluey‘s Cafe and the service was great as were the meals. We also enjoyed dinner at Essence restaurant. We liked that the club was together with the accommodation with the quality hotel. We were impressed with all the reception staff who were efficient and very helpful, friendly and polite every time. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we liked the decor, including the various murals. We liked the proximity to public transport but also the free parking and access to a variety of retail and supermarket in the area. Thank you for an extremely enjoyable stay.

room @ Quality Motel met our expectations, warm, comfortable, facilities supplied, fridge, microwave, kettle coffee/tea. Location was great, food and restaurants (eat in or takeaway), supermarkets, petrol station, pub and bottleO. Quality Motel was off the main road so very quiet, however close to main road (short walk) for light rail to city (9 mins).

Shower as quite small considering large bathroom, however hot water and pressure was good, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer supplied.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of the shopping area of Dickson. There are lots of restaurant around the hotel. The hotel has a retired tram inside, great for taking photos. It also has a gaming machine room. If you're bored at night, put a couple of dollars in to try your luck. The size of the room is very decent. Overall, our stay was very comfortable.

It is a bit difficult to find the hotel. The Quality Hotel is attached (or part of) the Tradies Hotel. It makes us a bit confused. Also, there are only a limit amount of carpark on the ground floor. Guests may need to park underground.

The room was spacious with amenities we needed. The staff were friendly to ensure we were allocated the room we booked. The room and bathroom were very clean. They will only service the room upon request which suited us too. Location is ideal either lots of eateries within short walking distance. Parking underground with lift access to the room is so useful. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Canberra.

My full review is on google under their name but the staff and parking fantastic, the room comfy and bed excellent. Lots of supplies in the room and an impressive tv. Free membership to the club for a year and a complementary snack and discounted food and drinks. Not loud. The shower was good. Nice balcony area.

The decor is outdated but room was a great size. The downside was the bed which wasn’t comfortable at all. The location was prefect as close to cafes and supermarkets. The area is pretty crap though with lots of graffiti and tired, run down shops. Free parking was great as I hate paying for parking at a hotel - it should always be included

Great to have free parking. 24/7 reception. Very close to Coles, Woolworths, McDonald's, petrol station, and some other restaurants. Staff were professional and explained things properly. Everything was in order and easy.

It's not walking distance to the City but there's public transport. The area near Maccers is a bit sketchy at night.

Comfortable rooms and quite clean. It felt more like a motel than a hotel as it was also ageing but because it was tidy and clean and well maintained, the rooms did not smell or feel old. Despite the age, it was very comfortable to stay in.

Generally it was older than we had thought but the cleanliness and how well maintained, compensated for it!!
