So far, it is the best accommodation for us during our frequent visits to Canberra and we will definitely come back again. The location is very strategic as it is in Dickson and close to the dining areas. It is also located in the quiet neighbourhood.

a. We booked the split level apartment (Paris unit) assuming there’s one bedroom downstairs. Unfortunately, they are all upstairs and we bring old people. The stairs are too high too and small. It is very hard for us to carry our luggages upstairs especially with the big luggages. b. The twin bed is a bit too small and uncomfortable. I feel it is not stable and hard enough. c. Too many stairs from the garage, to front door, and to the bedroom.

We stayed for 2 nights and the one bedroom apartment was convenient clean and ideal for what we required. The coded entry was sensible and effective and having the covered car park was great as it was quite rainy during our visit to Canberra. My wife liked the nice toiletries and having a thought for how waste is managed is great to see. We will definitely be looking at this property next time in Canberra.

I wouldn't change too much and there was nothing specific that either myself or my partner disliked. Maybe some raw sugar for a cup of tea on arrival....but I'm being very...very, picky.

Good facilities, good appliances, comfortable beds, good heating (important in Canberra in winter). A good sized park with a half-court very close for kids to run around in, walking distance to Dickson shopping centre and Chinatown restaurants. Secure parking, no noise from neighbours, a small vegetable garden at the back from which produce could be used - just a few lettuce leaves in our case, but handy. Very good access system using codes so no keys to lose. Our unit and some others had a small sheltered private garden area as well which would be good in warmer weather.

It would have been handy to have a couple more things in the kitchen - a lasagna dish and a pizza tray for example - but this is a very minor quibble.

Barbara was very helpful with all my questions and understood my concerns and went out of her way to bring extra drying racks. The whole apartment was exactly as shown. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

I did not expect the amount of stairs from the carpark to our apartment. But it was manageable as we did have a lot of luggage.

Great apartment block, close to where we needed to be, in a quiet street. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was clear and straight forward and made entry to the apartment easy.

Just a bit of a stale smell when we walked in, and a frying pan was still oily, but these were very minor issues.

Great location, close to Aislie shops and IGA supermarket had everything needed.

Just two cleaning oversights: Baking tray in oven had not been cleaned. Dishwasher filter was badly clogged up, needed cleaning.

Nice neat little apartment. In a quiet leafy street just up the road from central Canberra. Good communication and easy to access coming from the north. Close to Northbourne St so easy to get into the city from here. We walked to the local IGA and also to an eatery for dinner.

The apartments are located in a leafy tree lined quiet suburban street, within an easy walk to Dickson shopping centre, cafes and parks. Close to public transport. Especially liked the feeling of privacy with each of the apartments.

Couldn't find fault with anything.

This is a wonderful apartment, well set up, and very comfortable. The communication beforehand was excellent and so easy to find and access. It's one of five our so apartment, set in a quiet neighbourhood and close to Dickson shops.
