The property location may not look central on the map, but the light rail is outside the front door and is very close and quick for getting anywhere. In fact, it’s in a very good position. The property itself is spotlessly clean, the staff are very helpful and it’s actually very good value for money. The breakfast was very reasonably priced with lots of choices. I think for the money you pay, it’s actually really good value, and I would come back any time without hesitation. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Special requests were noted down and were met adequately in regards to an allergy. Room was made up as requested and was clean and tidy, as expected. Extra pillows were happily provided by staff upon request.

The bed sheets were very stiff and starched, almost crunchy, making any movement noisy while getting to sleep. The air-conditioning seemed to get quite warm during the night, slept with the sheets partly off anyway. Couldn't get any positive ventilation in the bathroom whilst having a hot shower, however the room cleared quickly afterwards.

Only 15mins away from alot of Canberra attractions. Breakfast was good, loved the undercover parking- not badly priced ($15 per night). Hot water and pressure in the shower was good. Staff were very lovely and helpful.

Save your money and go somewhere else for dinner. The food they offered for dinner was overly expensive and was disgusting. Very close to not being eatable. Not many amenities in the room and the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was empty in the shower.

Great location, easy check in and check out process. Good sized bathroom.

Initial arrival difficult as there was literally nowhere to park. Private parking available but expensive however free street parking available if you don’t mind a short walk. Room mostly clean but noticeably dusty including the bedside table, lamp and bedhead. Most TV channels didn’t work. Only some free to air channels were available.

The staff were amazing, the bed was comfortable, the room was just the right size and the location was very convenient to both Gungahlin and Civic. And don't get me started on the garlic mushrooms on the breakfast buffet 🤤🤤🤤

I think the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well between me and the previous guest - there was a massive ball of hair in the shower. Also, I didn't like that the only sink was the bathroom sink. It's not very good for if I had wanted to fill up the kettle for a cup of tea.

The room and location was very good, excellent position near places I wanted to visit and near public transport. Very quiet, able to rest peacefully, and the continental breakfast was very good.

Car parking was not what I expected. Once I understood how the parking system worked, it was okay, but I would have preferred that there would have been enough underground secure parking so as not to have to park on the street.

Convenient location

Didn't realise I had to pay extra for parking. I searched for properties that included parking and I assumed they would have their own or it be included in the price. An extra $45 for 3 nights I could have been in a different hotel for cheaper with it included. The cleanliness of the bathroom wasn't great with lots of hair in the shower drain which was a bit yuck. Other than that it was clean in the actual room. Being on a main road there is a lot of traffic noise

The beds were so comfy! The bathroom was modern, with hot showers and nice toiletries (thanks for getting vegan versions). The fridge, kettle (and tea selection), TV, hair-dryer, and hanging/work space was appreciated too. The staff were always helpful and never far away if the desk was unattended.

The construction next door was a bit loud in the morning (obviously only temporary), and the room was a tiny bit warm overnight at one point - individual temperature control in the room would have helped there.

Easy access from Civic, 5 minutes walk from a light rail station. Big room with a large desk and bed and decent storage. Bathroom was clean, well-equipped, and the shower had good pressure and temperature.

The area is being developed so there was a bit of construction around at the time of my stay that made pedestrian access a little more difficult. The mattress was a little firmer than I prefer. The desk chair wasn't the most comfortable.

The room was comfortable and well-appointed. There is a light rail stop is close by.

The entrance to the hotel (off David Street) is not easy to find, especially as a building is under construction on the Macarthur Avenue side which obscures the front of the hotel. There is no on-site parking, but unrestricted parking is available outside peak hours in surrounding streets. Paid parking (at a discount rate of $15 per day) is also available in the adjacent parking station
