This is a budget apartment hotel so facilities and standard of furnishings and decor is in line with the low cost. The indoor pool was the deciding factor for my booking. The water was cool - apparently 25C - but not cold. There were plenty of towels. The gym had enough equipment for a maintenance work out. Towels were changed and garbage bag sorted every day except for the Public Holiday and Sunday. There was plenty of hot water. Nice outdoor area with bbqs for warmer weather. appreciate the free parking.

While everything was fine for this level of accommodation, the floor tiles in the unit were cold, icy on the feet. Pool floor tiles heated!

The man on reception was very friendly & helpful; the aircon was on, heating the apartment, when we checked in - wonderful on a cold winter's day! - & the apartment was spacious, comfortable and a good base for our 3 days in Canberra

Signs of age in the apartment- particularly the smell of mould that I tracked down to the dishwasher soon after we arrived. The bedroom without an aircon unit was a bit chilly, though the heater helped. Overall, despite a few problems, it was a good place to stay

Beds were comfortable, a small table to eat at, a comfy lounge, smallish bathroom was fine for our purposes too. Rooms were clean, of a sufficient size and the reception staff were their usual happy and helpful selves.

Two rather minor things. One bedside lamp didn't have a light bulb in at all. Not a big deal in this case. The second one is the exhaust fan that all ACT hotel bathrooms must have in the ceiling if there is no external window. It was comparable to the noise of a Cessna aircraft. While you have a shower it's not an issue. But while sitting on the toilet or using the sink it is that bad that I'd rather turn the damn light off. Not practical on the toilet while sharing the room but gee I wanted to.

Adequate facilities and location. Washing and dryer facilities.

Broken gym equipment. Location of the TV in centre of room. Room required three blankets or warm quilts. Dining table front right leg broken. Leaking sewer pipes in ceiling of underground car park. Tired swimming pool area.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was much bigger than a normal motel room. We enjoyed the extra space and the little kitchenette . It was well supplied with plates, cutlery, toaster & kettle and a little sink that was useful to wash up after breakfast. There's also a convection microwave . Great quiet location just a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants in Dickson. The movie channel was nice to have and the underground parking was very convenient. The complex is very attractive and also has a pool and gym.

The bathroom is a bit small and pokey. The building needs some maintenance. Eg. Stained carpets and rotting windowsills.

Make a suggestion to put a matress protector on the top of the mattress then the bottom sheet... was very cold when we stayed I put a sleeping bag under the bottom sheet for warmth for my back. notice the mattress gets a lot of wear and tear / stains..with people sleeping on it with just a sheet... would be more hygenic too.. I spray my matress here with tea tree oil.. has made a huge difference. Bositos.. other than that suggestion I have n othing else to say I would stay there again. Great place and great location.

Room size was fine for the price. Had everything you need to get away for a couple of nights. Onsite parking is underground both being protected and easy access with large spaces making unpacking easy and lift access as well.

Glasses for drinking out of were dirty and so the first thing I had to do when we arrived was the dishes, poor initial impression. TV had movies but kept buffering the first night and then TV crashed having to restart the movie.

Easy to get to, handy access for what we were doing. Just got in late afternoon, slept there. Didn’t check facilities like the pool pictured. Was a little noisy having 3 people in 3 beds, 1 room, but it is to be expected, with one central bathroom. Was worth the money to not have to drive an hour to event that morning

Its a great studio, well equiped and comfortable. The kitchen gives you the ability to prepare food, so breakfast is easy and there is clothes washing facility.

The room was a tad run down. The sink plugs didn't work at all because the rubber seals has perished away, and the couch was remakably lumpy.

There is a lounge room as well as a separate bedroom both rooms have a television, the lounge room television has plenty of information and free movies, the bed was very comfortable with plenty of blankets, the bathroom could do with an update but it has a washing machine in there which is handy. note You can get breakfast if you want to also there is underground parking
