The room was small but adequate for a couple for one or two night stay. There was a small, private courtyard outside. It is conveniently situated and an easy walk to the Yass Services Club and major supermarkets. It was spotlessly clean and had most things one could require ; crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, fridge etc. The proprietors were welcoming and friendly. We were comfortable and would certainly stop here again.

As with all our previous stays here we arrived after office hours. Staff were very accommodating to our requests and we love that they have the room heating on for when we arrived. As the temperature was 1 degree! The room was lovely (as usual) and well equiped. Beds were extremely comfortable and it was a large spacious room. Plenty of parking and great lighting in the carpark. We will continue to return to this motel.

Very comfortable rooms with everything you need. The aircon heated up the room nicely. It was also very quiet, even though one of then nights we stayed was a Saturday. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Being able to hire a portacot was convenient, however the mattress for it is quite thin. The staff were thoughtful and provided blankets to pad it out but for younger babies you probably want to bring your own portacot mattress/topper. The rooms had good curtains for blocking out light. We’d packed stick on blockout curtains as our baby sleeps best in total darkness but didn’t need to use them.

It was clean and comfortable. It was a nice touch to have a small jug for filling the kettle from the bathroom tap. The room had comprehensive documents about dining at the RSL club, which we took advantage of and found to be good value for money.

The room itself is quite small, reflecting when it was built, I assume. The bed was quite firm, but not truly uncomfortable. The shower was hot, but the water pressure seemed to fluctuate quite a bit, requiring repeated adjustments.

The bathroom is slippery, with no extraction fan and has a very large step into the main area, which nearly caused a fall several times The beds were very hard Beds should have 2 pillows per person, i.e. two pillows on a single and 4 pillows on a double, queen, or king.

The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and a good size for my partner and I to move around in and not be on top of each other all the time while we were getting ready in the morning

When I booked the room the pictures showed a bathtub in the bathroom but when I checked in the room I was given did not have a bathtub in the bathroom so that was a bit disappointing as I was really looking forward to soaking in the bath

I have stayed here before and happily shall do so again. The room was very clean, spacious, quiet, and provided everything I needed for my night's stay; including fridge, microwave, TV, dishes, kettle--even a jug for filling the kettle!--etc. The window can be opened--a plus in my book. The bed was comfy, the lighting good, the internet fast. Yass is a great town.

Bed was comfortable, small outdoor area at the back of the room was good. Although we didn't use it, grassed area with tables and chairs in centre of carpark looked inviting.

Not as issue that can be readily fixed, but the bathroom was very narrow - meaning that the bathroom sink was narrow and small, with nowhere to place bags or other items. Mixer tap fairly stiff to operate - hard to regulate water flow-rate. Because of the small sink, a measuring cup was provided to fill the kettle (on first glance we were wondering why a measuring cup was provided along with a couple of plates and mugs...)

Great size room! Lots of space, just like the photos. Attention to detail with everything that we would need. Great to have the airer in the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, easy walk to everything.

Water was a bit "soft". We understand that the water from Blue Lake is hard and softener added to the water. Maybe a bit much as it left a soapy feel. Not a deal breaker though.

Very Clean and comfortable , nicely and recently refurbished. Good location for an overnight stay. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay

The parking is a little tight and this was increased because of industrial vehicles staying overnight. Not every room has an outdoor table and we would have liked to sit outside and relax in the late afternoon.
