Nice quiet location, clean and with reasonable amenities. Bed was comfortable and extra pillows available. "Cable TV" was advertised, but only regular TV channels available. Air con was good. Lots of hot water in the shower. I was travelling for work, so having a designated desk was great. Some problems with the wifi during my stay, but I was able to conduct my work meetings online so not too much problem. The Eagle Hawk Hotel next door was excellent for dinner - the menu and quality of food was first class and the wine list was also impressive.

It is an interesting configuration of rooms with gardens in between the accommodation blocks. Where I was located was reasonably quiet. However, some of my neighbours did sit out and talk loudly and smoke for several hours in the late evening which was not ideal, but what can you do? At the end of a work day, some people will chat and smoke, and some will try and catch up on sleep:)

Great layout. I like cabin like design and that you can park your car right outside the rooms instead of having to drag all your luggage into a big hotel .

We were called earlier on the day of check in to let us know the room won't be ready until 5pm which was upsetting. But due to lack of staff there's was nothing we could do but wait. The room wasn't the cleanest and may need to have a deep clean done soon, I'm talking steam cleaning the carpets and a good clean of the walls and bathroom. The value for money was great don't get me wrong, it ticked majority of the boxes of what you need for just somewhere to sleep. But just maybe once a month do a deep clean of the hotels to ensure sanitary conditions.

The location was very quiet and very large premises. For the money you pay, you get what you pay for.

A bit outdated. Also for such a large facility, it was a bit annoying that people weren't more spread out in the room allocation. It could have easily been a family every 2nd room. Also breakfast was a bit hectic due to being understaffed - there were people sitting outside in the freezing cold eating breakfast and people who had pre paid couldn't get a seat. There should be a better system in place for this.

The walls of the rooms were not entirely clean, with unidentified marks and stains on the walls, bathroom, bathroom floor mat, and kitchen area. The kitchen did not have a kettle The playground felt abandoned and needed an update

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean too. We used the dining area for my family to have NYE lunch which they were kind for us to use and we enjoyed the pool area too. Staff were lovely and accommodating, especially the front reception lady - she was kind and very helpful. We got to enjoy the buffet breakfast which was also great value for money.

We stayed for 3 nights and we enjoyed our whole trip up until the last day we were checking out. We had no warning that there was no running water in the rooms and we weren't able to flush toilets or use the shower on the day we were checking out. Also the dishes and cups used for breakfast buffet were not entirely clean.

The room had been renovated and was very comfortable. It was also very quiet which was a bonus.

Breakfast was very average. We have been returning to this property for over 5 years and the breakfast used to be fantastic but now the quality has deteriorated so much - it is very average. Honestly it was so bad this time and we will not be paying for breakfast on our next visit and will be driving through McDonalds - which would be 100% better.

large room, good beds, good bathroom and shower, small park and pool. good location on the main road for car users and close to Canberra. Decent and well priced breakfasts

cleanliness was an issue (not cleaned thoroughly before we came), and also wear and tear of furniture and facilities, old and could use some upkeep. TVs are old and not good reception.

Overall very comfortable, clean and spacious with having 2 separate bedrooms , 2 tvs, good kitchen ( though abit dated) good bathroom,but can’t really complain as price was so reasonable

Split system in main bedroom was making a terrible noise so we had to turn it off . Would have been nice to have dined there but dining room is closed on weekends.

I liked the location and price.

Curtains were dirty and needed rehung there was a testing strip for diabetics on the carpet, so either room hadn't been vacuumed or not very well. Take away and room service offered, yet no menus in the room. Remote to tv was missing back cover and was sticky. I also received a thankyou from the manager stating he was happy I found the staff lovely and breakfast excellent. Other than checking in and out I had no other interaction with staff and didn't eat any meals there.

We had a wonderful stay at ibis. I came across some negative reviews and honestly, I don’t understand what people expect for $119. The hotel has friendly staff, a lovely breakfast, a good-sized room, and both the AC and TV were working perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable. What more can you ask for at this price?
