The two bedroom apartment had more room than I was expecting. There was reverse cycle in both rooms. The bathroom was very modern as well as the reception area even though the building itself was a little old. Close to food and supermarket so you could get all your supplies. Great cooking facilities in the room as well.

Parking was a little hit and miss. There wasn’t much undercover parking.

It was great, super comfortable, spacious and the convenience of having a kitchenette in it so we didn’t even need to go out every night. The staff were super friendly offending suggestions on what to go see during the day. Also accomodating for being able to give us a room a night early for us being early. Heaps of parking underground or undercover or out in the open.

The beds were a little uncomfortable but still comfortable to sleep all night. But besides that still great!

Location was perfect for what I wanted. My bed was SO comfortable. Soft and cool. I slept well and I don’t often. My room was quiet and the curtains worked well blocking early morning light.

I’m old so take that into account. I found the room was dark even with curtains open and all the lights on. I misplaced an item and never found it even using my phone torch.

Motel is located conveniently near a service station for late night needs. Also just a 2-3 minute drive to Westfields. The staff went above and beyond to make sure customers were happy. Locked underground parking was brilliant.

Maybe just an upgraded shower head but that’s being super fussy. Honestly can’t complain about anything for the money. Great value stay! :)

I loved how big the room was and for just below $3000 definitely worth the money I got 3 rooms a full kitchen, lounge room and out door area and amazing staff so friendly helped us figure out the tv with out being the tiniest bit rude she was amazing

The out door area was a bit dirty but wasn’t horrible mainly just bugs and leaves

Booked two rooms, a 2-bedroom apartment and a standard room. The apartment was older but spacious, had a decent size lounge room with AC and a TV in every room and a huge bathroom with a separate bath and shower and double basins. Wifi was provided as well. One room had a queen bed and the other a double and a single. Beds were comfortable enough. Didn’t stay in the standards room so can’t comment. The place was great value and we had a comfortable stay and would happily come back.

Minor thing but the kitchen light bulbs needed replacing. Three out of four bulbs were broken.

Beds were very comfortable. The rooms were big enough for our needs and the kitchen equipment was also quite useful with good sized bowls for breakfast and mugs and glasses for any drinks. Washing up facilities were basic but that's ok. The rooms stayed quite comfortably warm despite the cool Canberra nights.

Nothing really but the bathroom door latch did not close .... no problem for us as few ere all family also the door between the rooms also did not close fully but again that was no real problem.

Could not have picked a better location with the kids. Everything we needed to get access to, Zoo, Reptile park, Questicon, Dinosaur park etc etc was only a short distance away. Quiet location and room we had was setup perfect for us with 2 young kids.

Nothing actually, everything was what we expected and hoped for.

clean and comfortable rooms, and kind helpful staff, the receptionist with light hair and the spider necklace was very friendly, she's awesome. 25 min walk to Westfield and two minutes around the corner for a nice coffee and breakfast.

We had an accessible bathroom and struggled with the water on the bathroom floor, but there's obviously not much the hotel can do for this short term, we managed!

Very clean and spacious rooms, locked undercover parking.

No toaster in room as advertised (was advised when asked where to find that there isn’t any now due to fire alarms going off from use). Shower pressure was a little weak and wasn’t super hot for my personal liking. Both tv remotes also had no battery covers and one remote was a bit smashed up and hard to use
