Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms a good size. Handy location, close to shops and restaurants. Clean room, new carpet Also booked family 2 room suite for my daughter, husband & 2 children. This was well appointed. Note: issues below minor and would be more than happy to recommend staying

No toaster, microwave plates or cutlery in double room (although to be fair - not noted in room inclusions) Smart TV - unable to use streaming services - advised reception who advised they would have a look at it. After a couple of reminders we watched on tablet. Free Wi-Fi not reliable in high traffic periods Bathroom door needs to replaced (room 111)

Nice big rooms with clean linen and comfortable pillows and beds. The kitchenette and kitchenware supplied was great to use. Especially great to have dish washing liquid, cleaning utensils, tea towel, plenty of cups, cutlery, cooking facilities, to use, etc...

The kettle leaks water out when pouring. Need new kettle. Also, the air con isn't very warm when turning it up to the highest temperature. Being in the middle of winter, I suggest to supply a doona or more warmer blankets. We just had a sheet and a thin blanket. The window was left wide open when arrived so the room was freezing cold especially being during winter. Suggest to close window after cleaning. Overall, it was ok.

Room was well appointed and laid out. We had a family room and it was great. Beds were comfortable and not soft and spongy like many other hotels. Will definitely use again next time I'm in town.

Shower was messy. Water pressure was great and it was a good hot shower, however the fall of the floor meant that water very quickly spread out of the shower recess and onto the main bathroom floor. It seems the drain point is not low enough for the flow of water.

Bed was warm and comfortable; a much larger room than I expected and a great selection of beds for one person!! I was relying on family for transport - they had no problem with access.

No toaster! Would have liked the light in the kitchenette to have worked - I didn't report it though!

The water in the shower wasn't very hot, even with the cold tap switched off. There also was no kitchen facilities at all to make a slice of toast for brekkie or to use a microwave that I could find so I had to order dinner to be delivered and then buy breakfast on the way into work which added $$ to the cost of the trip.

The two bedroom apartment had more room than I was expecting. There was reverse cycle in both rooms. The bathroom was very modern as well as the reception area even though the building itself was a little old. Close to food and supermarket so you could get all your supplies. Great cooking facilities in the room as well.

Parking was a little hit and miss. There wasn’t much undercover parking.

Spacious room, very clean. Nice location to access local shops. The wheel beds are convenient. Friendly staff. Free milks!

No microwave, pillow is not comfortable. I hoped to get towels replaced everyday or every other day. The kettle is not clean, the metal heating part is burn so it gets some tiny black debris after boiling.

The location, the room was spacious and comfortable.

Only missing item was a microwave, for a family with a kid i think that could be an useful item. But it doesn't mean that the place was good enough and value for money. Ample hot food location's are available with close proximity. Woolworth and kfc is just within 100 metres jut a matter of one stairs. 😀

Great accommodation and the assistance and flexibility from reception to support my very elderly father was exceptional. Thankyou Belinda. Bhutanese restaurant onsite is fantastic also and great value for money. Closed Mondays. Also convenient, a 5-10 minute straight forward drive to Canberra North Hospital.

Location was perfect for what I wanted. My bed was SO comfortable. Soft and cool. I slept well and I don’t often. My room was quiet and the curtains worked well blocking early morning light.

I’m old so take that into account. I found the room was dark even with curtains open and all the lights on. I misplaced an item and never found it even using my phone torch.
