Very nice hotel. Right at the bottom of the ski slopes (ski in). Ski rental within the hotel, as well as ski depot. For the family of four room could have been bit bigger, but staff tried their best to provide us with necessities. Staff was extremely friendly (receptionists, houskeeping and the restaurant as well), very accommodating (went out of their way to help us during our packing before the departure). Indoor pool with hot tubs was great for relaxation after the day on the slopes. We used the restaurant every day during the breakfast buffet, as wrll as dinner one. Food was of good quality and tasty, but variety could be maybe bit better. Overall enjoyable experience, recommendation for those deciding on skiing within the polar circle.

Very very good relaxation hotel with wonderful swimming pool-spa plus exceptional breakfast including everything. The staff was welcoming us very well and explained in detail all the services. We were upgraded to a room with balcony (without even mentioning it...). The evening swim and sauna after hard hiking day was wonderful - as was the morning swim. In our life we have very seldom seen this kind of complete setup of breakfast - it was something special (with professional staff to see that everything was available).

We had no time to test the gym.... we had too short time for the stay... We must come again and stay longer...

We really enjoyed the food in the restaurant, the personnel was very helpful, thank you Chris! The salmon was very good. Also the waffle machine at breakfast is a nice thing for the kids. They also have gluten free food, superfoods and smoothies. The spa is a also a must, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna facilities with the kids. Furthermore if you look for a stay in nature to relax, we totally recommend it. Floor heating in the bathroom is very comfortable.

Good appt / hotel close to the Ski-lifts - 5 min walk. One side faced to the Mountain another to the village, free parking available , good indoor swimming pool - little bit small , however we haven t been bord inside- few waterjetting/bubbling zones. Personnel providing excellent service . Rooms are smaller than expected. Super breakfast and Dinner buffet

Excellent Hotel/Resort located right at the bottom of the Yllas skiing slopes. The staff was very friendly, and our room was clean and tidy. The spas and pool were great to relax in after hitting the ski slopes, and the gym is one of the best gyms I've experienced in a hotel. The included breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.

Our room was very quiet with a lovely view, balcony and spotless clean. The spa access was a great extra, nice hot tub and great (steam & normal) saunas to get refreshed after hiking. The breakfast is exceptional, also we tested the bistro and bar, which were not cheap but of high quality. Lovely welcome package also for dogs <3 good location for hiking and not too crowded during August. Great price/quality ratio!

Perfect location. Buffet breakfast was very nice. Lovely rustic designed room with beautiful view looking up at the slopes. We could watch the NYE fireworks from our balcony. Staff were very helpful.

The indoor pool was always too busy. No decent supermarket nearby.

Loved the facilities and the access to the slopes. Staff were AMAZING! every single staff member we came into contact with were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was 10/10.

Our bedroom wasn't freshened up for two of the four days. It wasn't horrible as we kept the room clean but we did want fresh towels. Moreover, there was only one robe available in the room and we had to ask reception twice for another one, but they got it sorted! These were very minor things.

Right beside Yllas Ski Resort, convenient for us. Awesome breakfast spread that was included in our booking. Had a pool, sauna and gym, although we did not use their facilities. Staff are all very hospitable.

The couch didn't feel the cleanest, I spotted a stain on the couch pillow. The door is quite thin so you can hear the corridor quite clearly.

The breakfast is excellent! Room is big enough with all the stuff equipped (except a kettle. would be great to have it there) I need to notice an ability to visit a pool everyday. For kids it's a good thing! There is a nice gym if skis and walks are not enough for you and you want to do exercise above of that The staff is very polite and eager to help Definitely recommend this hotel
