Good location, close to the river, pleasant room, good evening meal (Thai)., friendly staff. Walking distance of Twickenham Stadium. Excellent value. We couldn't stay, but the Sunday Carvery looked very good too. Would definitely stay again.

Needed a bit more help on check-in - we took a while to find the bathroom and realise that the second key was for this and not the outer door. We expected easy parking in Lion Wharf Road, but there was no space. A bit more detailed information would have been useful. Fortunately, we only had to pay 2 hours parking outside the pub arriving Saturday afternoon, before the free time covered us for the night / Sunday morning. Breakfast was a bonus and staff were very helpful, but things got a little lost in translation - asked for a bacon sandwich, but got bacon and egg.

Very friendly staff who were attentive throughout. The room was large and clean and the food was amazing.

The shower was either volcanic or artic and the locals weren't happy to have strangers in their pub

The location was great not too far from the station in from London downtown about 45min ride from Piccadilly area, nice Thames River walking trail nearby with Pubs along the way and parks to play. The staff was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good even with small children there was something for everyone to be happy.

It got a little warm in the room, opening the windows was great during the day but night fell and a ton of light attracting flies came in since there were no screens on the windows which wasn't very pleasant.

I have been staying at The Swan Inn in Isleworth frequently due to its proximity to my office, and I have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. The team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always makes me feel welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pub itself has a warm, cozy atmosphere. It’s also fantastic value for money, making it a perfect choice for both short and longer stays. I highly recommend The Swan Inn to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Isleworth – you won’t be disappointed!

Like a good old Aussie pub, but in a top quiet village style area 15 mins from Heathrow airport. Also 15 minutes walk to a train station for a 1.5 pound ride into Waterloo station in London or a connection to the airport. Not modern, but that is the charm. Copped a bomb in the war. Very clean and comfortable. Great prices and amazing restaurant food. Excellent breakfast included. Staff are well trained, very helpful and friendly.

The staff at the property are great, very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are well presented and very clean. The cooked breakfast is fantastic and the in room coffee/tea with lovely biscuits is a added bonus. I have stayed here a few times and it is perfect and just 1 min walk to the river Thames and 5mins along the river you are into Richmond. They have a very good Thai restaurant on an evening which is very reasonably priced and very good. The swan inn comes very highly recommended by me 10 out of 10

The staff were wonderful. Very helpful and fixed any problems or concerns immediately. The location is in a beautiful small town with many attractive features. It feels safe to walk around in the evenings and enjoy river views. The chef was highly skilled and made a perfect English breakfast.

It is a pub so other people staying could be local workers who can be noisy, returning from drinking at night. Sprung corridor doors need foam sponge around the frame so they don’t bang noisily when closing late at night.

Friendly staff. Easy check in. Room was adequate and fan provided (and very much needed!) . Loved the pub - nice ambience, choice of drinks and lovely Thai food at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was very good and an unexpected extra. Excellent value for money.

Being an authentic, older building the stairway is narrow and steep. Not for folks needing accessible accommodations.
