It was very close to all the amenities as well as the beach. Just a short bus ride to Ingoldmells market. Very friendly and clean. We had clean cups most mornings with plenty of milk.

Our bed wasn't changed the whole week we were there. I thought even once would be a fair assumption. Also, the towels were not replaced once. We had 3 hand towels for 2 adults. Luckily, we brought 2 beach towels, but we had to go out and buy some more for the remaining days.

The relaxing of the holiday it was nice 2 get away from work and come 2 skeg I was born and bred near by and had all my family holidays in skeggness it bring back memories

The street was a bit dirty overflowing with rubbish and food and a lot of homeless people's asking 4 money and we was was walking down near the shops and was a bit scare when a shoplifters ran out of a shop and nearly knock us over I felt sorry 4 the shop owner she said it happen all the time she said he will be back later 2 do it again

The family room with sea view was lovely the hotel was spotless the warm welcome we received upon booking in the info about the area the attractions was all there for guest to take if needed myself and my family will be definitely been booking area

Nothing this place had everything we needed tea / coffee making facilities the children’s room adjourned ours we could sit out on the balcony and have a cup of tea looking out to sea

Great location, the room was perfect for us, added bonus of a veranda too which was great especially with the warmer weather. Didn’t notice any noise from the others in the property either. All slept very well. The room was lovely, relaxing and clean. Julie was an amazing host, couldn’t do enough for us. Thankyou for having us.

Sea view room with balcony was lovely, liked it was two separate rooms too. The lady who is not the owner of the hotel was absolutely lovely and made us feel welcome, we chatted to her most mornings throughout our stay.

Whilst it has a car park, it’s at the back of the hotel, you cannot gain access to the hotel from the back.

Great to have parking, real close to all amenities, our room was real lovely and comfortable with a nice balcony that you could see the sea. We had a lovely warm welcome and a great host. It’s a lovely cozy hotel and I’d definitely book again Thank you for a wonderful stay 💕

We would’ve loved a breakfast in the morning but fully understood why this isn’t being offered

Great location very friendly staff nothing was to much beds comfy balcony room was amazing with sea view wanted to stay another night but fully booked which wasn’t a surprise , stayed with the family and all said we would love to go back 😃

I personally didnt stay here as I booked it for my neice but she loved it, was comfortable, clean staff were amazing and helpful 😀 if im ever to stay in skagness I will book here again.

Mores the question what's not to like? This place and owner are both incredible. It's a place to stay ...it's THE PLACE TO STAY . Everything was suuuuperb.
