The breakfast certainly allowed us to meet our usual breakfast expectations. The area was very clean and invited us to prepare our otherwise usual breakfast routines. The person responsible for preparing that area was available to assist us if and when we needed such. She was very friendly. We were also impressed with the friendliness of the persons at the check-in desk!

(We are old and don't travel regularly. We found it impossible to operate the TV. An instruction card would help.)

Liked the room. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. The continental breakfast gal kept up w the food and making sure everything stayed clean and tidy. She even wiped off the tables

Front desk cud of been cheerier and at least acted like we mattered. Hardly looked up. Felt like an inconvenience

I needed a room close to eye surgeon within close proximity for post-op & follow-up appt the next day. The staff immediately acknowledged my request for early check-in & adjusted my reservation. They let me pay ahead due to no vision following surgery. They helped me to my room, provided bottled water, and offered to prepare breakfast & bring it to my room. The entire saff was so accommodating, friendly, and appr3ciative for my business.

Close to interstate, close to events we were attending in west Des Moines. Good breakfast

The hotel was sold out due to state baseball/softball. Many kids running up and down the halls being loud. The hotel was nice overall. Small pool, no hot tub

Nice room. Beds very nice with firm mattresses. On a road trip back home from Arizona so only grabbed a bite and a sleep before hitting the road in the morning.

The shower water pressure was not very strong, but it may have just been the type of shower head they used. Also just a note that the toilet is not very tall. As a senior with some back issues, I need to remember to make sure that they have ADA taller toilets available.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room was quiet,clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superior.

Wish there would have been hot chocolate packets along with tea and coffee.

Staff did a wonderful job (Her name was Angelika) The food was plentifull. The only thing we missed was hot oatmeal and bananas.

While taking a shower the drain in the bath tub closed up.

Melissa who told me her name was Melinda was very rude and put out checking me in. I apoligized for bothering her and told her she was rude. She repeated several times I've done nothing wrong and I will ask you to leave. I was very uncomfortable the length of time she had my driver's license and credit card. I put watches on them to prevent any problems. Everyone else was very welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast was excellent! It was my spouse's birthday and I told him I was taking him out for breakfast and he loved it' The room was great and the price was a good value!!! Will recommend to family and friends.

Wish breakfast went until 10am. The woman tearing things down grabbed our child a glass of milk for cereal still out.
